On my next trip with a kid, I would definitely stay here again. It's my second time staying at the Sofievsky posed hotel, this time I went with my daughter. The rooms are clean and feel light and airy, breakfast sets you up for the day, and the staff is helpful friendly and professional, particularly the receptionist girls who were always ready to help with any questions. There are also lovely maintained sauna rooms that we enjoyed on this trip. The hotel isn't in the city center, but the rooms are reasonably priced and it's no problem to get into the city.

The hotel is about twenty minutes from the city center, but it has it's own excellent private car service to take you wherever you want to go. The automobiles are smart and clean, as are the drivers. The bedroom was very spacious, clean and airy, and the bathroom was fine. The swimming pool isn't big, but it's hired for an hourly rate and it's also good for the different saunas. The hotel has a very pleasant ambiance, but the main factor is the staff. I stayed three nights and felt as if I knew them by the end of my stay, especially julia and marina at the front desk who did so much to help me. I will make an effort to find an excuse to return to Sofievsky posed!.

Very nice hotel with perfect non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is a little poor, but it could be richer. Outside, there is a very fresh yard. Even the yard is divided into two parts for smokers and non-smokers, which is very suitable for parents with babies to sit outside. You will not be lost because the front desk women are extremely friendly and speak English and Russian fluently. There are even swimming pools, although they are small, they are enough for being inside of the water. The hotel itself is a little out of the city center, but there are hotel taxis that can be used. In any case, uber is the cheapest taxi in Kiev. So go to Kiev, choose this hotel, enjoy your stay, and take in a deep breath of fresh oxygen.

This hotel was not very good at all, especially the nice and helpful employees with good English skills that were able to assist us with everything and helpful, the room with nice bed and curtains and a quiet atmosphere at night but still noisy during the day maybe from hotel laundry. It also has a cheap price compared to the ones in the center.

The property itself is reasonable. But reception dealing with poblems were terrible! The spa photos are great. But reality different. I had to leave spa after 20 minutes of entering and stop the massage ( not professional masseur), cold spa, dirty jacuzi, you had to look for lights in spa, waiting for the masuer and the towels to arrive! It was a bazzar hammam and not hotel spa! Price was €105. I had to fight not to pay for 2 days! They insisted I pay in full. But I paid half at the end! My day was spoiled andi was left angry! I was decieved nd cheated by the hotel.
