Ive been to dubai three times and have never stayed at the Carlton hotel before. As a hotel owner myself on the island of crete, greece, im aware of how difficult it is to satisfy visitors, and i must say that the staff at victoria hotels did everything in their power to please all of the guests. I went to every part of this hotel. The food at an indian restaurant was excellent. With friendly bartenders, the club and the pool are. When ive needed anything, they were maintenance crew. In the heart of Dubai, you can get anything you need, which of course deserves to be said. Thank you and well be back!.

The facilities here are very good. The large suite with a song feels very invincible. Hygiene is very clean and clean every day. Environment is also very nice. Its in the city center and only 200 meters away by subway. You can get there in 3 minutes.

This is a business hotel at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is in difc free zone, and all of the offices are within walking distance. Turn left and walk 50 meters when you exit the hotel lobby. Zain cafe is an indian restaurant. Both the food and the price are excellent. Every day, i eat breakfast here. You can have supper that tastes good and filling for rmb 30. Even though it is somewhat old, the rooms are still nice. Additionally, there are courteous employees on staff. Also excellent is the hotels location.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast has a beautiful view. Its unfortunate that the lifts move so slowly, especially during busy times. But thats my only complaint. Excellent stay, very helpful and kind personnel.

This was our first time in Dubai, and we were happy we booked this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient and our room had a view of the burj khlifa! Will definitely book this accommodation again in the future.

Overall, my family and i had a pleasant fiveday stay here. However, there are no plates, cutlery, or hot kettle in the room, which is incredibly essential for any hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Breakfast is decent.

Everything about this hotel was excellent for me. The hotels location is its best feature, it is right in the heart of dubai, close to the museum of future, the Dubai mall, and burj khalifa. In the building next to it are restaurants serving both vegetarian and nonvegetarian cuisine located downstairs. From the rooms, i could see the view of burjah kalifat. I had a 2bed room that was quite roomy. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, or living room. Because the hotel is old, there are no modern switches with usb, latest tv with chromecast, etc. Rest everything was great.

Our stay at the hotel for a week was fantastic. The facilities were excellent. There was sanitized gym with sweeping views, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. But what truly stood out was the service. We appreciate Ellie, precious, as well as mr. Sultan, for making our stay so wonderful.

The room is spacious, it is a suite, and there is washing machine. It is close to the subway station. Walking from the hotel to burj khalifa takes about 30 minutes. All in all, its very good! Recommended! On the hotels top floor, theres onsite billiards with sweeping views!.
