1. House Rules
No smoking inside the apartment
No parties, loud music, or gatherings
Only registered guests allowed
Pets not allowed (unless approved)
Respect building residents
Do not move furniture
Keep the apartment clean and tidy

2. Air Conditioning & Electricity
Dubai AC systems work best at 22–24°C
Please keep windows closed when AC is on
Turn off AC when leaving the apartment
Power breakers are located in the entrance corridor

3. Kitchen & Appliances
Cooking: Allowed, but avoid heavy frying to prevent smoke alarms
Hood: Turn on the exhaust fan while cooking
Washing Machine: Easy and simple to use
Fridge: Allow a few hours to cool after loading groceries
Garbage: Dispose of trash in the building chute / garbage room on your floor

4. Bathroom Guidelines
Do not flush wipes, tissues, or sanitary items
Use the provided floor mat to avoid slipping
Turn off water taps after use
If water pressure changes, inform us immediately

5. Internet & TV
High‑speed Wi‑Fi available throughout the apartment
Smart TV supports YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. (use your own login)
Do not log out or reset TV settings

6. Laundry & Cleaning
Mid‑stay cleaning available upon request (chargeable unless included)
Extra towels/linens available upon request (chargeable)
Please avoid staining white linens with makeup, hair dye, or tanning products

7. Safety & Security
The building has 24/7 security
Smoke detectors are installed—do not tamper with them
Emergency contact: 999 (Police), 998 (Ambulance), 997 (Fire)
For any issue, message us immediately

8. Building Facilities
Gym: Level 40
Swimming Pool: Level 40
Timings: As per building rules
Access: Use your access card
Follow all posted rules for safety

9. Visitors
Visitors must be registered with security
Overnight stays for unregistered guests are not allowed
Please respect building policies to avoid fines

10. Maintenance & Issues
If you notice:
Water leakage
AC not cooling
Electrical issues
Broken items
Please contact us immediately so we can assist.

11. Lost & Found
Items left behind will be kept for 7 days.
Shipping can be arranged at the guest’s cost.

12. Check‑Out Reminder
Before leaving:
Take all personal belongings
Turn off AC and lights
Close all windows
Return access cards/keys
Send us a message confirming check‑out
