The hotel apartment is very good and has a nice view of the canal. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend it for families looking to stay if they want to spend tainty days in Dubai. Spacious rooms, cleanliness is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

This time, i stayed at the damac maison canal view. Business bay is my favorite place to stay, and thus far, all the Damac properties ive remained at have been good polite and professional staff always there to help. It was a pleasant experience, but so far every dac property ill have had sanitized and competent personnel.

The pool and gym were great and very underused. Our apartment was not serviced and we almost didnt have any contact with any other staff. Overall he is ok building in reputable area.

I will definitely return to this hotel as it is recommended for travelers. Grace and anna were exceptional. The staffs treatment was excellent, and the room cleaning was done well. Thank you so much to the entire crew, the restaurant staff was also fantastic. I appreciate rowan and fan for cleaning my room.

The hotel is somewhat dilapidated. However, the staff members were friendly and accommodating. During my onenight stay, i didnt sleep well because of the loud noise from passing cars on the road.

The location was excellent. We didnt really interact with the hotel because we stayed in a rental apartment, but the concierges were incredibly helpful and kind. Dubai mall and the burj khalifa are both only ten minutes walk away from the location, which is quite convenient. Tier and kareem operate lime scooters on this road, making it quite handy to move around. When making reserving, make sure to request en suite accommodations that face the marina, as the views in the morning and at night are unparalleled.

The location is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view of the bur kalifa is breathtaking. You can stroll to the fountain, the Dubai mall, or the Bur kaliba in 10 minutes. It was a wonderful stay in the fantastic Dubai!.

The location is close to everything. The pool is amazing. And then, the service was excellent. After that, they have a restaurant manager named devaiah who welcomed us every morning for breakfast and took care of us to the highest level. Subsequently, this hotel is 15 minutes from dubai mall.
