Hotel ini terlihat bagus pada awalnya. Namun, kekecewaan segera muncul. Ada banyak polusi suara, musik keras, dan pekerjaan di sekitar area tersebut. Tidak cocok untuk bersantai. Mereka membantu dengan cepat jika ada yang tidak beres, tetapi hal ini tetap menimbulkan momen-momen tidak perlu yang merusak suasana liburan. Sayangnya, itu tidak lagi bagi kami.

I just want to say that this is the best hotel ever! Rhea surprised me on my birthday because my friend was delayed! It made me cry! Another guy on the floor also gave me a shot for my birthday! The room was everything we needed, with a pool! It was just a beautiful experience you can go to the club for free and the 5th floor also had a pool with bars! The beach was nice, everything was night.

Pelayanan yang sangat baik dari staf Mario, sangat baik dan bermanfaat! Sarapannya enak, kamar bersih (kasur bagus) dan semua stafnya baik. Satu-satunya hal yang membuatku kesal adalah saya tidak diizinkan membawa piring buah saya ke kamar Kami ingin kembali.

Hotel yang bagus di daerah yang menyenangkan. Kami memiliki apartemen di lantai 58 dengan kolam renang, pemandangannya luar biasa. Apartemen perlu renovasi, ubin kamar mandi dan kolam renang tidak anti selip, tidak cocok untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak, resepsionis tidak berorientasi pelanggan dan sangat ramah.

Hotel yang bagus jika Anda ingin menjadi pusat. Penonton muda dengan ruangan yang bagus. Selalu ada sesuatu di sana-sini tetapi secara keseluruhan saya akan selalu kembali! Staf sangat baik dan membantu, harga alkohol di kamar dan makanan yang bisa dipesan tinggi! Kesimpulan: Hotel dan lokasi yang bagus.

The pool party was fantastic! The bottomless drinks were a hit, and the delectable meal spread was the ideal complement. The live dj and pool atmosphere added a refreshing touch. Cant wait to attend the next event!.

Excellent service. Our upgrade was made possible by the kind and accommodating entire checkin concierge team. 7 hours before checkin, we arrived at the red eye, and the front desk was ready for our room! Additionally, the restaurant manager, maria, was incredibly kind and accommodating.

I cant help but feel happy with this amazing experience after visiting five jumeirah village for the second time. Finding this place has truly been a revelation of paradise for me. The delightful music, ambiance, and lively atmosphere here really enchant me. The taste and presentation of the food are simply amazing, turning every meal into a culinary journey. But what truly makes this place special is the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Thanks to this team, each visit becomes an unforgettable experience. I am happy that five jumeirah village has become my cozy haven for relaxation and enjoyment.

This is without a doubt the greatest brunch in Dubai! Had an amazing brunch, the staff was fantastic, especially kevin, nothing was too much trouble. Stored our cases for us, and the service was 5 stars.

The hotel is fantastic. The amenities are spotless, the restaurants have a wonderful atmosphere and food, and the staff is incredibly attentive. You truly feel like a member of the family! The only drawback is the location, the neighborhood is rapidly developing, necessitating a driver to travel everywhere. A special shoutout to anilan, he is the best! 10/10 service.

The idea of the place is innovative. Each floor has a jacuzzi or a private swimming pool. Our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the jacuzzi for the first two nights due to technical issues. Even worse was when we realized how nice it was to soak in a hot tub which we enjoyed on the last day. After a tough negotiation, we were offered a 10% discount on our overall stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. Everything is great! Special thanks to housekeeping team binod, mansur, and saharan. The food is good and the rooms are very clean. I want to mark that you can find good gyms at this hotel. My recommendation is to choose a room with a jacuzzi.

Our time at five was made worthwhile by desmonds exceptional service. We adore him dearly! He is truly one of the stars at five. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and kind. It was so difficult for me to say farewell to him when we left. He deserves all the accolades he truly stands out as an outstanding individual.
