The hotel is excellent. The staff is also very good at making beds. Ravi has provided excellent service to make you feel amazing. Ali also comes and checks on me every time i am really enjoyed. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable.

Im only staying for two days, but the service here, the rooms, and everything else, has made me change my mind and stay longer. I adore it here everyone is very friendly and warm, plus they are very helpful and always there for you. 5 stars is the least i can give them, wishing ive been able to give more. Ali is also a very nice guy who helped me throughout my stay.

We arrived here quite late at night, so i couldnt confirm the checkin time in advance, but they handled our check-in quite well. The quality and freshness of the fish and chips they offered me, even late into the night as well as the speed with which they delivered them to the room without compromising heat, are notable aspects of this very tidy and clean accommodation. In the morning, the meal was excellent, especially since ive come from kuwait. My favorite dish there was the dosa ili sambar. Since they treat us like guests at home, ill really like the way they provide water in the space. We should also consider the size of onebedroom apartment we were given, as we dont think we will enjoy staying in serviced flats like this once we get used to staying somewhere like that. If god gives me another chance to visit, im going to book a room here if it is still available.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent service. The bed and sofas were comfortable. There is a metro and diera city center mall nearby. Breakfast was very good. All restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. A special mention to the travel desk and reception staff for their help.

I had the best experience ever. The entire staff is very friendly and professional in their work. While i was here in room 1115, the cleaner was very nice and really cleaned up my room so clean. Every day the room was immaculate.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We remained there for a month. The rooms are spacious, clean, the breakfast is really good, service staff are very good and hospitality is excellent especially sital and eldho. Also, housekeeping staff is great and they accommodate most requests even going out of their way to help. I will definitely recommend this hotel everything is so perfect. Perfect location for commute and close to dcc.

Deira is a peaceful and clean neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and spotless. A little upgrade for the genius, very well done, i could check out at 2 because my flight was later. Very convenient for airport access.

This property is surprisingly cozy and homey. It seems like a hidden gem. The coffee shop was pretty much where i used to meet people. Simons service was exceptional. Above and beyond to handle and deliver our orders, time and time again.

Excellent location and atmosphere in the heart of the city, with complete access to all modes of transportation, including the metro, and the shopping and dining experience, it is impossible to ask for a better experience than the best in uae in terms of price and quality as the center of town is less than 100 meters away.

We can expect a good vacation with family and friends as well as business people. Excellent rooms and large common areas. The front desk staff, especially the boys at the room, and the bell desk, provide excellent service. Breakfast is delicious.

I stayed at the floria creek hotel for three weeks. I had a great time there. The receptionist mustafa was excellent and very professional. He is amazing and made my stay very comfortable. His english and arabic skills are excellent, and he is very helpful. But most of the noise is canceled when you close the windows. It was mostly quiet, so i never got tired of it. There is only one drawback the equipment, which is attached to swiss or bar and is fragile and easily demolished. All the staff members were excellent. They go above and beyond to meet the nutritional demands of everyone. For instance, they serve delicious omelets from chef stank. Thank you, chef. Your omlettes are missing. This is an excellent family hotel. If the hotel addresses the few issues ive mentioned, it will make the transition from excellent to perfect. Many thanks for that. My visit was greatly appreciated. Im looking forward to seeing you all again.

Since 2017, i have been familiar with this hotel, and my stay there has always been tranquil and enjoyable. The staff is really kind and humble. Worth staying, especially if you intend to stay for a long time.

We decided to take a family vacation at floria creek and preferred an apartment over merely settling in sytahoe hotel. The onebedroom creekside apartment with idly kitchen was of excellent size. It had en suite bathrooms, utensils, laundry, living room, and more. There were also parking lots available on site, which was fantastic because we had hired nasir during our entire trip, making it easier for us. Downtown is 25 minutes away from florian creek. Dubai has fewer visitors, so getting around the downtown area, including jbr, al barsha, or jumeirah, was quite challenging during the day. Aamir, Zubair, aboriginal backer, suresh and the lady who works in the back car park were all excellent. Flora would be ideal if they could confine this to just specific areas of the hotel as well. Hotel is unquestionably not rated 5 stars at best. This apartment hotel, in our opinion, would far better unless the changes mentioned are implemented.

I recently had an experience of more than 15 days that was beyond my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, thanks to the diligent work of housekeeping employee dinesh. At breakfast, the highlight was the fantastic culinary experience, where chef swaroop showcased his expertise with delectable dishes. I felt at home because of the food. Eldho and mohammed provide excellent service. Overall, it is a smooth and unforgettable stay. It was clear that the hotel was committed to providing exceptional customer service in every way, making it incredibly suitable for extending and enjoyable stays. Highly recommended!.

My family and i love staying at the Flora creek hotel because aside from its location near Deira city center, they have friendly and welcoming staff from reception, bellboys and housekeeping. The staff at olive tree Mediterranean restaurant were friendly with helpfulness. Our last stay with them was in december 2022, and we had another great experience. Rooms are designed to provide comfort to guests. Every time ive stayed at this hotel, ill feel at home. There are so many hotels in the city, but if ubud is going to stay there, that is why he always consider it because of the professional staff. I am looking forward to another wonderful experience this month during our stay.

Our stay at the floria creek apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious and wellequipped. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is full of variety and worth the price. Location is the advantage as it is close to metro station and deira city center mall.

Hello, this hotel offers everything one could want. The only addition i can suggest is that the shower requires a soap dispenser. It contains shampoo and conditioner, but there is no soap to use it for showering. Anoop at the reception, manoj, abdul and pravesh on the floor, and mahomed at restaurant are all excellent in terms of location, food, service, thank you all for your outstanding service. This was my second stay at this establishment, so if possible, ill go back. Best wishes.

I had a great time while staying at dxb everything was perfect and clean, the receptionist, and all the staff here were friendly and helpful. They helped me when i needed it, especially the service about the upstairs breakfast room. All of them were very kind. I will recommend this place to others in my country.
