Kami memiliki pengalaman perjalanan yang sangat baik di hotel ini dan sangat puas. Berikut ini adalah daftar kelebihan dan kekurangan dari hotel ini. Kelebihan: Akses ke kereta bawah tanah, pemandangan Jalan Sheikh Zayed dan Teluk Persia secara bersamaan. Staf yang sangat sopan dan sabar. Layanan dan pembersihan kamar teratur. Gelar hotel tertinggi di dunia. Check-out super cepat dari hotel dalam waktu kurang dari 5 menit. Kamar besar dengan wastafel besar dan kulkas. Isi ulang air mineral dan layanan teh secara teratur. Akses cepat ke museum masa depan. Brankasnya benar-benar aman. Kelemahan: Semua menu sarapan tidak sesuai dengan selera orang Iran dan hanya memiliki satu daftar setiap hari. Tidak ada jacuzzi. Kolamnya memiliki air panas, tetapi terlalu kecil sehingga tidak cocok untuk anak-anak.

The staff is polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast can be managed better as there is very little space to accommodate guests. The biggest drawback here is the elevator. The bigger problem is that the hotel staff also acknowledge this but the hotel management still doesnt do anything about it.

Kondisi kamar sangat bagus dan saya sangat puas dengan pelayanan staf. Tidak ada lagi pujian yang bisa saya berikan untuk pemandangan Burj Khalifa dari kamar. Menginap di Gevora Hotel membuat saya ingin kembali ke Dubai. Saya puas dengan rencana yang telah saya rencanakan.

We had a great time there. The coffee shops staff is fantastic. The only issue was that we were on business and time was everything. There are only three elevators for 46 to 73rd floor, and you had to wait 15 minutes. There is also no smoking in the rooms. Aside from that, it was fantastic. I celebrate my birthday there. A secret tip: They also serve breakfast on the 12th floor as well as the M floor. Enjoy your stay.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by the epitome of luxury and hospitality. The room had the most breathtaking views of the city. The room was large, with a small couch space, kitchen, dressing table, and fulllength mirror. The hotel was also in a great location. The highlight, of course, was the stunning rooftop pool. The panoramic views of the city skyline from this vantage point were breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset in Dubai. One aspect that could be improved is the elevators. The elevators were notably slow and not all of them serviced all floors, leading to extended wait times. The frequent delays in getting an available elevator became our source of frustration. Waiting for an elevator to go up or down for 3045 minutes was a significant inconvenience, and it impacted the otherwise seamless experience. I hope the hotel management considers addressing this issue to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this disadvantage, the stunning views of Dubai make it an opulent mustvisit.

We will definitely return. Restaurant with the highest view, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, providing us with an amazing experience. The iftar buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Selamat datang dan kesan pertama dari hotel yang indah, mereka segera membantu kami dengan koper kami dan menetapkan kamar dalam beberapa menit. Kami tiba di Dubai pada hari yang sangat dingin dan berangin, ketika kami kembali ke kamar mandi, air panas habis, kami menghubungi resepsionis yang mengirimi kami teknisi, yang awalnya menyarankan kami menunggu 30 menit karena hotel memiliki banyak lantai dan airnya tidak cukup untuk semua orang, setelah 30 menit tidak ada air, kami menghubungi resepsionis lagi, teknisi kembali untuk mengganti komponen elektronik, setelah 2 jam saya mencoba mandi lagi, tidak ada yang berhasil. Tengah malam kami mencoba naik lift dan kembali ke resepsionis untuk mengambil kamar ganti, 40 menit menunggu untuk menggunakan lift, MIMPI dikalibrasi dengan sangat buruk untuk naik atau turun menunggu sangat lama, kebetulan Anda naik lift dan bukannya turun malah naik untuk menjemput yang menelepon, prakteknya naik turun terus menerus, pas ganti kamar berhasil mendapatkan air suam kuku. Kami harus tinggal. Setiap kamar memiliki dapur besar yang bagus yang dilarang memasak, tidak masuk akal! Hotel juga memiliki restoran di lantai paling atas, tetapi mereka tidak mengizinkan kami masuk untuk menilainya karena dilarang mengambil foto dan video. Sarapan berlimpah dan kolam renang dengan pemandangan indah. Saya tidak akan pernah tinggal di sana lagi. Dubai menawarkan lebih banyak lagi!

Kami pergi untuk Malam Tahun Baru sebagai pasangan kami. Hotel ini terletak di dekat Museum Masa Depan dan Dubai Mall (mudah dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki). Sarapannya internasional, tetapi mereka tidak cocok untuk orang yang tidak toleran, dan Anda harus meminta olesan coklat setiap saat. Kopi tidak ada komentar! Lift adalah mimpi buruk! Waktu tunggu minimum setengah jam!

Those who come from a true 5-6 star industry should work in this recordbreaking world tallest hotel. When i got my room, i had paid for a great height 63 rd floor buT! Jus could not stand the air conditionings severe leaks, and the hotel managers finally helped me change, which was done professionally. Inroom dining requires learning how to accept orders without forgetting them! The housekeeping staff is excellent! Jus a little on inroom dining the good thing is that the portions are enormous. Two primary school siblings can finish one plate of mac n cheese. Amamzing for 35 rham. Worth the money the fries are better than sg mcdonalds. I was given a view of the burj khalifa on the 67 th floor.
