This is our first time in uae, we stayed at this nice hotel where the personal makes the stay more special. Particularly my friend hassan from the night shift who can tell you the secrets of abu Dhabi and is very helpful to you as a guest. I have 23 years experience in the hotel industry and can see when we are in a good place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff was very helpful. I left some clothes at the hotel, and ahmed, the desk coordinator, and salehbinali, were very helpful, they were very kind and sent all my clothes to oman for a very low fee. I received today in the post, and im very happy.

We frequently stay at this hotel. Our stay was made enjoyable and comfortable by the spotless, tastefully decorated room. The hk staff is always willing to help with any requests or extras in the room, they are excellent! Mr. Mahen, the manager of the hotel, and his team. The apartment has led tvs, electric hobs, microwaves, electric kettles, washing machines, and refrigerators and freezers. Its a bonus that the sofa bed can be converted into an extra bed in the living room. The hotel is situated in the tourist club area, which is close to restaurants, shopping malls, and the corniche. However, there arent many tv channels to watch, and we mostly watch arabic channels. To enhance the enjoyment of your stay for nonarabic guests, the tv channels could be more diverse. They should replace the bathroom towels because they are a little old. The major issue we encountered during our recent visit was the malfunctioning air conditioning system, which quickly gets too cold or too warm, and the fan speeds also fail.

Every time you travel, dont know where to stay? Just choose mercury, you wont be disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located and convenient for travel. Abu Dhabi mall is less than a tenminute walk away, and the big bus is easily accessible. There are numerous supermarkets downstairs, making it convenient to buy food. Wenchao is a nearby chinese supermarket. You can stroll in the morning and evening through a street garden directly across the street. The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which is very spacious and has a small kitchen with all kitchen utensils and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is the best! Orange juice, carrot juice, kiwi, pomegranate, and beet juice are extremely rare. There are also plenty of fruits, including cut watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes, plums, apples, and oranges, as well as a variety of vegetables, various cheeses with various flavors, and curry food as the main course. You can taste indianstyle curry food as the main course, pasta, oatmeal, and other snacks. The topfloor gym has all the equipment and two small pools. Checkin at the hotel is strictly at 14.00, and i arrived an hour early but couldnt check in early. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old. Towels and sheets are severely faded. The air conditioner in the room failed. The first night, i slept in a down jacket. The next day, i asked the front desk for a quilt and blanket, but no response. The kitchen counter occasionally has ants.

From february 4 to january 16, 2016 i stayed here again. The friendly housekeeping staff, especially shamali, sidu, and aminul, cleans the rooms every day. The staff at the gym and pool are also very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel is excellent. The service is excellent, and the hotel is secure and immaculate. The rooms are spacious and equipped with mini kitchens. Although there is no bar, there is a coffee shop in the lobby and a restaurant on the top floor. There is a rooftop pool and spa. I want to express my gratitude to chef abdulah. The breakfast is excellent.

We reserved the magnificent mercure for our fourday trip. Beautiful hotel, despite having seen better days, everything is immaculate and wellkept. Breakfast was alright, and the staff was kind. A quick note for brunch on saturdays starts at 10 a. M. So they will deliver breakfast to your room if you want it earlier. The bed was cozy, and the room was large. Not at all a problem. Excellent location for a city break. There are numerous eateries nearby, making it simple to get food. By car, both adboud mall and galleria mall are only a few minutes away.

I would like to thank ms. Manal and the hotel reception team, concierge team, and management for their outstanding work. Very respectfully. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, which is my favorite place to stay in the city. The reception desk staff, especially ms. Manal, are very welcoming and professional. She knows her job very well, is very active, and completes transactions very quickly.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Staffnya ramah dan disiplin. Fasilitasnya bagus dan lengkap dengan restoran untuk sarapan. Sayangnya saya tidak bisa ke kolam renang karena cuacanya sangat panas dan lembab saat musim panas.

Saya menginap 4 malam (18 per 02 per 2024 SAMPAI 22) Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan beberapa toko dan restoran. Kami memesan 2 kamar dan check-in online, tetapi mereka bahkan tidak dapat menempatkan kami di lantai yang sama! Kekecewaan pertama untuk 1 5 bintang Kami memiliki 1 suite untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 1 remaja dan 1 kamar tidur, kami harus menelepon dua kali untuk mengubah sofa menjadi tempat tidur! Suite-nya sangat bagus, bersih dan lengkap, satu-satunya masalah adalah toiletnya, bersebelahan dengan kamar tidur orang tua. Anda harus melewati ruangan untuk mengaksesnya. Untuk kamar single semuanya baik-baik saja dari segi pelayanan. Saya pikir mereka kekurangan staf di tingkat suite karena mereka harus memulai ulang dua kali untuk setiap kebutuhan. Namun, stafnya sangat kompeten dan profesional. Terutama remaja putri (Sihana) yang tidak yakin dengan ejaannya.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The morning meal was excellent, the staff was friendly, and everything was wellorganized. There are so many varieties of food, and its such a nice spot to have your morning breakfast, especially akansha, who does a great job and occasionally visits the table to help you. She has a wealth of knowledge about everything, and she always has a kind smile on her face.

Hotel ini telah mengalami masa kejayaannya, sayangnya kamarnya agak usang, sarapannya biasa saja (enak, tetapi pilihannya relatif sedikit dan alat pemeras jeruknya terus rusak), tetapi pelayanan atau stafnya baik dan sangat membantu dalam situasi apa pun. Staf yang baik!
