The hotel is well situated amidst dozens of malls, restaurants, metros and supermarkets. It has ambiance that is clean and comfortable. The staff is very supportive, starting from the receptionist Salah and aseer who assisted with bags and security. Arjun who did his job very passionately and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. And the team at the breakfast buffet too. A big hug, guys. Keep it up and best wishes.

We had a wonderful time here! The hospitality extended to everyone who worked here truly impressed me! A special thanks to the winner, who greeted us and quickly checked us into our room. Mahendra at breakfast also made me savored coffee every day and remembered my order for the rest of the mornings-undoubtedly the best service ive experienced in ages from relocating to ubud. The breakfast was also simply amazing! There is dozens of options on the large buffet that changes daily im in disbelief other reviewers said they didnt like it? I am in denial that others have said otherwise. Something for everyone! Excellent location as well, just walked to metro! If i return to Dubai, ill undoubtedly stay here again!.

Overall, i had a wonderful time here. The staff was fantastic, very welcoming, and helpful. Excellent accommodations were provided, as was the hotel itself, which is conveniently located in the heart of the local city and has many restaurants nearby. However, the only two drawbacks were that they didnt serve cocktails by the pool, even if the bartender couldnt make them, it would have been nice unless they had made arrangements from the kitchen. Although there is incredibly wide variety, breakfast wasnt particularly good. I wasn't favoring the food itself. Breakfast options were naive, such as pasta and noodles, overcooked and almost no cheese in them; the coffee was bland, while the masala tea tasted like water and was purchased in bottled masal. Given how fantastic the rest of this hotel was, brunch was undoubtedly disappointing. But we did get eucalyptus from their cafe, but it was delicious. Hopefully, its hoped that the breakfast will be rated 5 stars based on their ability to customize it!.

The hotel is in a typical location. There are local supermarkets close by, but there are no large shopping malls with international brands. I was able to check in when i arrived early in the morning. The service was excellent. Although the breakfast was slightly less than anticipated, the taste and selection were average. However, dont miss out on visiting the hotel.

The room was good, but the single sofa bed didnt work, however they fixed the bed on the sofa itself. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. Stayed for just one night. It was a bit difficult to find out the room from d park car though. As i entered the hotel apartment area, there were no clear directions to get to the accommodation.

The breakfast was supposed to have a variety of options and be fresh, healthy food. The focus restro was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided excellent service. It was good to stay in the focus hotel, which was beautifully decorated and clean. To be honest, geeta should be promoted and promoted because she is really nice and knows how to make Guests feel at ease. This visit was my fifth time seeing her work since the first time i adored this hotel.

We will use this facility for the majority of our future programs. We used the location for our training sessions for 10 days. The venue was very convenient, with good av equipment, excellent service, and delicious food. Mr. Sajjad, the attendant, was extremely helpful and always available for assistance. Supervisor mr. Shanazar took care and made sure everything was available on time and we were well taken care of.

The sewwandi service was excellent. She was eager to assist and kind. For any matter that i had to ask, she approached me on her own. The cuisine was also excellent as well. There were numerous items on the menu. Strangely, despite the fact that many visitors from pakistan are staying at the hotel, we did not discover any phnomenal food on either menu or a kn menu for ubud.

This place is my first time using this facility. The location is excellent, 7 to 9 minutes drive from the airport. You can find a variety of cuisine beside the hotel in just 3 minutes walking distance. There are also other shopping options nearby. Staff was very good and cooperative. Youre greeted with genuinely friendly smiles. Breakfast has incredibly wide selection and ample space for you to choose your breakfast. However, the rooms stink. Rooms are terrible. For example, an electric kettle is broken, and the electrical outlets are loose, so you have to fight to adjust them because, due to loosening, sparking occurs. Only soap and towels are provided in the bathroom. To check the box that there is tv in each room, i placed ten inches on one side. Poor overall room quality. Its ok if you need fewer food and shopping choices near the terminal, but dont forget the comfort of being at home because of the poor quality rooms. Unfortunately, its not based on the haytt brand name.

The hotel boasts a spacious size, with excellent valet parking available. The reception staff is friendly, and the rooms are impeccably clean and clear. Additionally, the environment at the hotel is ideal, providing exceptional service for guests. Particularly for breakfast, guests will appreciate the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered varying levels of service, adding to the overall experience. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded expectations, especially considering the quality of the food served.

We had our daughter, jesslyn serahs first birthday party at the hotel in the wasl district of the city, and it was truly a memorable occasion. The hotel staff organized and coordinated the program well, with special thanks to leo thomas, anish, vinay, ciaan, or Sabin. All my guests loved the food, which was fantastic. Thank you to the chef and team for exceeding our expectations. Staff hospitality is really commendable, they have attended to all of our guests needs. Its incredibly roomy and has ambiance in focus party hall. We will definitely return to this hotel again in future, but we highly recommend it with idr. Jeemon jones and family dubai.

This hotel and apartments is recommended. Our apartment is very good, neat and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is quite flexible and friendly. Recommended for large family accommodation in one apartment easily. Price is tastier but still good.

We traveled from canada with my son, and from september 6 to sept. 12, 2023, we had the best time staying there. Amazing hotel with incredibly helpful personnel. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, most freshly prepared in front of you. I loved the fresh fruit they added each day, new varieties were added. The staff was simply amazing. Without denying it, i will return.

I will undoubtedly stay here on my future trips to dallah. Last month, my family and i stayed here. This hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness, location, and service. Due to his age, the hotel staff also took care of my dads needs. Illyas, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. He was a pleasure to work with, providing excellent service throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered surprisingly wide selections of food. Overall, this hotel and its employees receive five stars.
