We met my mubashar when we got to the hotel on the afternoon of December. From that moment until we left, he was the epitome of excellent customer service, extremely professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. He carefully planned and scheduled our tours, giving us a fantastic Dubai experience. It doesn't matter if you are comfortable, dirty or unclean, your sleep is good, and the customer service is amazing. People are friendly, and the food is good. But the curtain needs some work because they're in such poor shape that is very irritating to me.

I would stay at this hotel again. It was like being in a room with no budget. The lobby feels grand and classic opulence. The breakfast buffet is fresh and appealing for multicultural tastes. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping is excellent for multiple nights. There is a buffet breakfast that tastes good.

Comfort is excellent, cleanliness is good, sleep quality is good, client service is good, people are friendly, and the food is good, but the curtains need some work because, in my opinion, they are not in good shape. The curtains need some work because they are not in good condition. But the hotel is still fine, if I wanted to enjoy the service to customers then the service was very good.

The hotel was nice but the service was not great. At noon we ask to get our room in advance because we didn’t sleep the night before being on a flight from Bangkok to Dubai. The receptionist asked us to come back at 1:00 pm. We came back and only at that moment she called the room cleaners to know where they were at and if they had cleaned the room we were waiting for. She could have asked the cleaners at noon to make sure the room would be ready by one o’clock but she didn’t. We finally got our room at 2 in the afternoon. Not sorry, no smile. Other than that, the hotel was old but well maintained.

The TV didn’t work properly either, making it hard to relax in the room. I also requested ice, but they completely forgot about it. Overall, the service was subpar and didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.”
