I stayed for 6 days and was unable to take a shower due to the extremely hot water in the bathroom. I complained several times, all the answers i received were this is normal in July because we have an overhead storage tank. You immediately drain the tank from the management. When attempting to shower, ive had burns on my face. This was my second visit this year, and ill never experienced this issue before. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located just outside the baniyas street metro. There are many inexpensive food joints nearby. Its not upscale property, but you get what you pay for. The reception staff is very friendly and accommodating. If the water problem wasnt present, it would have given it rated 4 stars.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. I came from india but i didnt know that some formalities had to be done when returning. The hotel front desk staff, ill forget their name, helped me so much in filling out the form on my behalf and then arranging a taxi for me because ive been late for my flight. These small things matter if guests and staff are both polite to one another. Fighting for small issues with staff is not right as they are very hardworking people.

Its a nice hotel. It is very close to so many shops and supermarkets very convenient for business people. There is mr. Metro opposite side which is more convenient because i love using the metro most of the time. Taxis are available around the clock.

The location of this hotel is very strategic, close to the metro station and not far from the airport. The hotel has a wide variety of shops that open around the clock, especially restaurants. At the reception, we are always informed about what we need. My room sharing for 3 people is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The metro station is very close by, the rooms are comfortable, but the toilet is small. The security guards are friendly and very helpful. Good location, good location as the metro stations proximity is good.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The morning buffet is unlimited, we have to pay for it in the afternoon, and there is a steam bath, gym, swimming pool, everything is excellent.

This hotel is consumed and exhausted. It needs to be renovated. The room and door smell are also too bad, and there are many cockroaches inside. Housekeepers are noisy and constantly have to knock on the door, one time he opened the window without permission. And the most annoying thing is that the toilet drain system is devective and not working. Room service and reception are too low and take long to respond.
