Great option if you only need to spend a few hours of swimming and want to avoid the crowds of large water parks. We were given the best possible welcome by identifying idl in the hotel lobby, and we could even receive specialized women free and childrens discounts at half price. The water park is sized like opulent buildings but is wellmaintained by lifeguards who inspect each slide for safety so that kids never run the risk of colliding with it. It was immaculate and had showers that could be used. Both the beach and the adult pool were accessible to us, which was excellent. Our only small complaint was that both pools were somewhat separated, making it difficult for parents to swim properly while having the kids enjoying the waterpark. However, it wasnt terribly worrying because we were able to move freely between the areas. There are also dining options there, but ive advised families to have prices cut back.

I appreciate you taking care of us throughout our stay. Excellent work goes to mohammad, the best man at the Horizon pool, and sunil, who is a wonderful chef. Mohammud is cordial, accommodating, always courteous, etc. Food is always on time, delicious, fresh.

I had a great time staying at the property. Even though there was some confusion at checkin, bikas at reception made things very easy for us. My mother also lost her jacket on the hotel premises, so we just thought wed give it tries and ask the hotels about it, but these guys went out of their way to get it back. The rooms were spacious enough with tv facilities to enjoy the views of mina seyahi beach and the Dubai eye. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had many healthy options. Roshna at breakfast counter was very friendly making sure we got the table that looked out over opulent sunrise. Overall, im really happy with the hospitality. All the staff are smiling and helping, which is essential in the lodging industry. Their pool, beach, and fitness center were all very clean i would definitely come back to experience this princess treatment again. Thank you and big ups!.
