During the months of december and february, guests may stay for 7 nights. This is likely one of the best deals you can find during peak season due to the hotels location in front of alghurair mall and proximity to union station for the red and green lines of metro. There are numerous clothing stores, restaurants including western, Asian, and middle eastern restaurants, as well as a free parking space (please note this is not available). The hotel appears dated, with carpets that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I do, however, spend most of my time outside, mostly for rest. Housekeeping begins around nine in the morning, so you must inquire if you need to reheat food. The wifi signal from the lobby to your room is strong.

The location is ideal for exploring the old city and very convenient for getting to the airport. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel itself has seen better days. Breakfast can get a little too busy and the breakfast itself is mediocre in terms of diversity, but overall staying here was ok.

The location is 20 minutes from the airport, close to supermarkets and two malls. The rooms are clean and the service is 10/10. Prices are amazing.

Overall, it was a hasslefree experience. The location is the biggest of them all. This location has many soughtafter locations like gold souk, spice market, alghurair mall, and naif sok all within walking distance. Even the marina cruise pickup point was very close by. There are many grocery stores and restaurants around, you will be spoilt for choice. Breakfast was then provided to us at incredibly low daily rates during checkin. Although the food spread wasnt the greatest on earth, its practical and no nonsense. We only used the room for sleeping at night. So we were fine. Negative the worst thing was the accommodation service. I requested to clean the bedroom and bed after the desert safari day. While we went to sleep, i noticed that the linen had not been changed or cleaned, with sand still on it. It was not done before we left, but we had to request it the following day as well.

It was a fantastic stay. The beds are really comfortable. After soaking in the hot sun, youll be able to sleep soundly. One of the best locations is here. Near the union metro and the alghurair center. I received ido as if my room was upgraded for free, and checkin went quite smoothly. This hotel comes highly recommended by me.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good shower and spotless washrooms. The hotel had an odd policy for asking for payment on every service, such as room service food orders, and we had to advise them to add to the room bills. Overall, i think this hotel offers good value for the price.

I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to others. I stayed for about five days and felt like i was at home. The room was spacious and clean. Staff are very nice and cooperative. Emelyn, the lady at the restaurant, was very polite and decent. Breakfast was also good. Apart from that, location is very central. Neighbourhood is quite quiet unlike other hotels with clubs and bars.

This hotel needs a serious upgrade, especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms layout is quite strange. Its primarily based on tv and internet connections, with the shower opening right next to the head of the bath and no door to close. You dont stand in the bathroom because the glass panel separating the toilet from the bathtub is behind you. As resulting of this design, the entire bathroom floor gets wet while you take brisk showers. I forgot to snap i picture to post, which is proof of that. Although some reception staff were efficient and helpful, others had limited interpersonal skills. In terms of location, it is ideal for its location directly across from alghurair mall, restaurants, and union metro train station.

Overall, i had a great time at lewana. The hotel is immaculate and conveniently located near various locations. Although the breakfast could have been better, overall it was enjoyable.

The hotel was excellent overall, and the staff is courteous and provides excellent customer service, with the exception of one lady receptionist who seems to have some attitude issues and is not what one might anticipate. However, when it comes time to highlight the drawbacks, i must say that the hotels personnel and management are outstanding, which we thoroughly enjoyed and will most certainly return. The late checkin experience was awful, we arrived at 22.00 and found the room not ready, then it was smelly and full of cockroaches. We were given the new room, but it had been cleaned. Mr. Aviz, the housekeeping gentleman, was very friendly and kind, his attitude made us feel better.

I will undoubtedly choose the le wana hotel again when i return. It has been the best hotel in dubai ive ever been to. The personnel are courteous and helpful. All of the employees were kind and willing to assist us. Large, spotless, and cozy rooms are provided. There is everything you need to start the day and the breakfast is excellent.

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to the metro station and alghurair mall, and there are many shops and restaurants that are open until late at night. We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast was ok. Need more variety.

Lewana hotel is a hidden gem in the center of Dubai that provides sylvanic sanctuary amid the citys lively energy. My stay at this boutique hotel was id say opulence, personalized service, and calming atmosphere.

We spent five nights at the lewana hotel. The hotel is nice, the area is safe and convenient for tourists looking for a more genuine Dubai, in addition to the shiny, boring buildings, and it is only 5 minutes from the metro station. Dont book breakfast with breakfast included because breakfast is not worth it. They dont have dozens of options, they just keep having the same thing every day. Breakfast at some other local cafe is more interesting and less expensive. There is everything you need, clean rooms, friendly staff, etc.
