The room was kept spotless every day. If you have a business in the area, the location is excellent. Although there is hardly any young staff serving at the restaurant, barsha deserves special recognition for her customer service attitude. I believe that some improvements could be made to the hotel, such as fixing the gym machines, expanding the pool and gyms operating hours, and changing the carpets to softer colors.

This place is excellent. The staff, especially mr. Dipesh from nepal, are extremely friendly. At the pool bar, the service is flawless. He is at the right place. When it comes to breakfast, he is available for assistance and support. Vimal, lifeguard, another person, is a wonderful and humble individual. Always with grins on his face. We had countless moments by the swimming pool.

The staff at the reception, grace and sherif, are extremely helpful. The location is excellent, being close to the wafi mall and metro station, as well as other medical clinics. Additionally, the rooms are clean and equipped with a variety of cuisines available for room service.

The reception staff gave us a warm welcome, and mr. Irfan provided us with sytaya room with bathtub and city view, food at hangout cafe was delicious. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. Also when we checked out, irf arrange cabs, it was very helpful, thank you all.

Our experience at the novotel was exceptional! The central location provided easy access to key attractions. The delicious food options exceeded our expectations, providing a delightful culinary experience. We felt really welcomed by the staffs hospitality, especially Ms. Gillian. A perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and warm service. Novotels hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

I stayed here for a few nights for business and tourism. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Great tv system too, easy to mirror your phone for music or videos. Pool is small but fine. Guy at the reception was great, great. Very helpful.

The stay was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Very clean, smells good, wellmaintained, close to the hospital. There wasnt much to complain about, other than a few very minor issues that arent considered for grading of complaints.

The rooms are very clean. We booked a 6 day stay at this hotel and had savored it. The staff is very welcoming, especially grace, who always has emoji on her face. Breakfast is delicious, with roasted bakery that is freshly prepared and everything else cooked fresh. I recommend novotel bur dubai to anyone, particularly families.

During my stay at the novotel bur dubai, i had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially mr. Astoney and his lukmar, who cleaned my room gently and refreshed every day. I recommend this hotel to my friends for its good service, will be back soon.
