I cant recall the last time someone came up with innovative and creative solutions to help a hotel guest. Mr. Ahmed from the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me with my checkin on 26 November, received i give him ten stars. Bravo to him!.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, a lovely swimming pool, and delectable cuisine. However, in terms of security, it is acceptable. I particularly enjoyed mr. Agrey, who was incredibly pleasant to meet.

The location is good, next to the highway, but if you dont have a car, the immediate vicinity has little to offer. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was on the back side with an amazing panorama view of Dubai. There are no traffic rumors on this side, however there is occasionally loud music from the terrace (but quiet after 11 pm). The room is comfortable but lacks cosy atmosphere.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is nice and quiet. Checking in and out of the hotel was easy especially with the help of reception staff. Special thanks to alexis who catered to me and made sure my stay was as comfortable as it can be. I stayed here from february 29 to march 11. There was squall on march 9 and they even checked on me to make sure that my needs were met as Dubai was swamped and couldnt go out. The room was properly maintained and cleaned during my 11 days there, and all the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. If i could say one thing, it would be to maintain the cleanliness of windows. My room had incredibly beautiful views, however, the windows werent cleaned.

This hotel is the third time i visit dubai with my family for this hotel. Without this motel, the experience of traveling to dafur is incomplete. I adore it, and my household absolutely dreads it. It has a childrens swimming pool with lots of water games for them. Shiraz, who is also the receptionist, deserves my highest praise. He is incredibly kind. Im hoping that the hotel management will reward him. His hospitality and excellent treatment have made me feel very proud of myself! God willing, ill visit you again next year with our new child. The kids pool is what draws me in. Thank you so much, Novotel hotel, for making my third happy holiday possible, we are looking forward to my fourth vacation with you.

Im not fasting, but i came here for iftar during the islamic month of ramadan. It was nice, not overly busy. And the food was delicious. The good hostess zainab asked me to leave this review. Thank you for being so welcoming.

We stayed for one night and booked the Novotel hotel. When we arrived at the hotel and went through the main entrance, we couldnt find the reception for about 10 minutes. We asked security and he told us that we had to go to the movenpick hotel because the front desk is shared between two hotels. The only thing was that it was very cold in the room, the ac was set to 18 degrees cold when we entered, so we have to turn it off. It was strange that there was no dental kit in our room and there were no bathrobes, but when i called housekeeping to ask them to bring them, they brought them right away. Overall, this hotel is clean, with enough towels, friendly staff, and the ability to request reschedule checkout for free. Although the rooms partially overlooked stray roads, its soundproof windows ensure that noise from the street is not heard. Our experience was excellent. I would like to try the coffee table at reception where we wanted to sample arabic coffee, however, for some reason the kettle didnt work, making it impossible for us to pour ourselves coffee. Milan and Bindu were very friendly and attentive, while bindu helped us pour coffee as well. By the way, ive found this kettle to be broken, therefore if you want to use it yourself, you should replace it with driers. All in all, highly

Being a longtime resident here, i have always valued excellent guest service, and ive to say that everyone working here is not only extremely pleasant but also always willing to go above and beyond when necessary. Ive recently taken the shuttle bus in the mornings, so mcdonald and curry have been wonderful to me every morning, always greeting me with grins on their faces.

The hotel is excellent. Very kind and helpful personnel. Alaa, the receptionist, was so kind to us when our flight was delayed at the last minute, and she gave us a late checkout. She is quite happy with this.

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms during my stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and thoroughness of housekeeping staff, especially habibur Rahman, were exceptional. Every corner was spotless, and the fresh linens and towels were greatly appreciated. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

This is our first time staying at the novotel jvt, and it was fantastic, especially with the room and services. The view was breathtaking. Bravo to lance, who assisted us throughout our stay, from checkin to checkout, as well as alexis at reception to guide us. It comes highly recommended, so i will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, straight from the customer care. They really care about their guests, the food was delicious, and the rooms were luxurious at incredibly low costs. The food is delicious and variety. I came with my family, my kids enjoyed it a lot, the location is very nice and comfortable and the staff is just amazing. Zainab and Faisal were our designated hosts and service, they helped us all the iftar. Highly recommend this place and their respective staff Elsy.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I want to thank Fahad for his exceptional security services provided during my stay at the hotel. Knowing that Fahah was always attentive and proactive in his role made me feel secure and at ease. He is incredibly valuable to the hotels security team and i appreciate his dedication to his job.

The breakfasts at this establishment are excellent. There is a wide variety of hot dishes available. A variety, fresh juices, and bakery goods. The service is prompt, with many waiters who are courteous and respectful to communicate. I want to highlight the girl named zainab, who is an amazing hostess and starts every morning with her wonderful smile and greeting. Many thanks to the team for their outstanding service.
