Ini adalah hotel murah terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi di Cepu. Pesan melalui aplikasi, harganya bisa lebih murah. Kamar standarnya cukup bagus, bersih, pencahayaan cukup, pelayanannya juga bagus. Pokoknya sesuai dengan namanya, Topstar.

Sangat nyaman untuk dijadikan tempat menginap dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, lokasi strategis dan mudah dijangkau. Namun, ada beberapa kekurangan seperti TV yang tidak dapat digunakan, AC yang kurang dingin, dan air kamar mandi yang tidak dapat diatur tingkat hangatnya.

Htl ini bersih dan nyaman, dengan banyak makanan di dekat hotel dan klenteng di depan hotel. Kebersihannya baik, meskipun handuk sudah waktunya diganti. Meskipun tidak ada air panas, namun kamar mandinya bersih. Mas fonya ramah, dan satpamnya baik hati karena pacar kakak saya datang dan ditunjukkan dengan baik. Lumayan untuk bersantai dan santai. Pelayanannya juga oke. Sangat berbeda jauh dengan Htl Ronggolawe, ketika my hubby datang ke hotel untuk pamitan, saya diminta untuk check-out malam-malam, meskipun tahu bahwa malam sulit kendaraan mana yang tidak dikembalikan.

Lokasi ini dekat dengan klenteng satu-satunya di Cepu dan juga Gereja Bethany Cepu yang terletak di jalan stasiun kota. Lokasinya di pinggir jalan dengan gedung dan bangunan warna mencolok kuning.
