It's an old building but a few minutes walk to ADCB metro station. There are also lots of resto around the area. The room was clean though u still have to request other freebies like slippers, water, towels but i have to commend their efficiency in handling their guest needs. We were given a room opposite their housekeeping room so there's a lot of stuff in the hallway. Overall, we were happy during our stay. Receptionist were all accommodating.

Had a decent experience unlike the rest of the people's negative comments. Yes the Hotel is a little noisy at night up to 3 am. But most nights it did'nt bother us. Did disturb us the first night but that was it. Guess this hotel is not for light sleepers. The breakfast was great everyday. You'd Probably enjoy it more if you were SouthAsian. The guy at the omelet station did a great job. Wifi was free and yes the bed was a little hard but nothing to complain too much about. All in all a decent experience and would go back if the oppotunity arose.

It was pleasant experience staying with President hotel. Reception staff was very good Only issue of night club noise at night and u feel uncomfortable when you return back at night with your family as couples entering hotel inappropriately dressed. Breakfast was good. Parking issue as hotel don't have its own car park

Good Stay - was very comfortable. However, the room key was not provided for 3 of the 4 days that I stayed - can you imagine ? it took them 3 days to get the room key programming rectified. Wifi quality needs drastic improvement. Keeps dropping off quite frequently. Apart from these small discomforts, the stay was pleasant, as the location is great, breakfast is of good quality and the room size is just sufficient for one person.

Room is just sufficient for a comfortable short stay. Room Size could have been bigger, but this wasn't too small to complain. Wifi access in rooms calls for improvement. Other In-room Amenities are sufficient. Breakfast at Kovalam was good. The number of pubs/bars in the hotel also takes care of most evenings. Staff is courteous, look to be abreast with the latest technology, knew their job and overall seemed efficient.

Overall the hotel was ok. But in the room the bathroom ceiling kept leaking even though we were told its the air conditioning causing the problem. There are three nightclubs in the hotel which may seem attractive but u can hear the music from three floors down meaning u cant really get to sleep till 3am when the music stops. Hotel is central though which is convenient and staff are helpful.

It was good being budget hotel, staff is very good, only one complain, very noisy, loud music till late night, being on holiday I didnt mind it in case of official tour it is going to be difficult to sleep on time. overall it was good neighborhood, very good Indian restaurants in walking distance.
