This is a lovely hotel and the restaurants that we tried were good (especially the Asian one and even the coffee/cheese croissant from the Lobby Lounge). The reception staff were AMAZING!!! So pleasant and helpful. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom has a HUGE soaking tub. The only thing that was a bit annoying is there isn’t an adult pool, so you had ALL the kids in the kid pool and regular pool and the lifeguard was blowing the whistle 1,000 times and OF COURSE the kids were ignoring him and parents didn’t care. An adult only pool would make this place perfect!

Une vue incroyable depuis le 14ieme étage. Chambre hyper confort. Service au top voiturier groom bagages. Les repas en buffet proposent un large choix. Animations sympa (soiree mousse dans la piscine en fin de journée) bar dans la piscine. Plage et piscine bien équipées (transats et ombre). Cafetière nespresso et kitchenette dans l’exécutive suite. Formule all inclusive accessible pour les repas et les boissons a volonté

Great resort. We should have done all inclusive but had car so easy to go into city for food. Beautiful room. Wonderful property. Very clean. In great condition. Nice beach. Great pool vibe. We don't have kids with us but lots of families there. We are from Canada.

We travelled with our grandparents and took two rooms. Rooms were a great value. Food was good quality and not really pricy compared to Dubai prices. The pool is good, the beach is nice... we will definitely return.

We’ve been coming to this hotel every summer since moving to Dubai in 2022, and up until now it’s always been a 5-star experience for us. The rooms remain lovely, comfortable, and well-kept — that part hasn’t changed. The ocean water had visible garbage, there were a lot of flies around the resort and the atmosphere was very different, with the hotel feeling overcrowded and dominated by all-inclusive tour groups. Saving sunbeds at 7am! As arrivals on a Friday at 2pm, it was almost impossible to find a bed by the pool. It’s such a shame because this place has been a special spot for us, but we couldn’t even push to give it 4 stars this time.

The hotel had good chances to be great. Rooms are spacious and nominally well equipped. Area is clean and beach is good. The main buffet style restaurant is good. But of three rooms we had booked in all three air-conditioning was misbehaving. Rooms have decent sound insulation. But even with that the volume level the lift announcements produce is to high. There's no sense in keep it so loud. My parents tried to sleep with the balcony door open. But the noise of some engine that was running early every morning for some 20 minutes, forced them to close the door. And attempt to use air conditioning again. In our room during all our stay there was a sewage odor in the bathroom. Inconsistent water supply in shower. We got several times replacement towels, that had sour stench. Bed linens weren't changed in a course of two weeks stay.

Services not good. This is a 5 star hotel but the services and the personal is not at that level. We tried all the restaurants and only the asian one was good but service very slow. Many beverages from the menu were not available in the all Hotel. For the breakfast I wanted a decaf cappuccino but they didn't have decaf available in the entire Hotel.We stayed in the villa but the water from the tub was coming brown. Beautiful view but not more than that.

Since we entered the room , the lights and the AC was turned off . After we switched it on , everything went off after one hour ! And every time we switched it on , after some while it goes off again suddenly with no reason ! We called the front desk and complained , but they did nothing , then we went personaly to the front desk to complain , and asked them to change our room , but they didn’t response .. We couldn’t sleep all night because of that , AC was going off every one hour , and when we checked out we blamed them for ignoring our complain and not changing our room , but they didn’t seem to be sorry ! Our room No. Was 607 , on 11 Feb 2026 . There was electric problems in this room , but they didn’t admit .
