This place is nice. They allowed us to check in early, and they checked us in a few hours early without any problems. I was very tired, so they let me checkin early. May god bless them.

This is not a luxury hotel, but if youre on sluggish budget, this is the best place for you because here you have only basic facilities.

The hotel boasts affordability and is conveniently located within walking distance from the union metro station. The staff provides excellent customer service, and the rooms are impeccably clean and maintained. Additionally, the reception team and manager are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. This place is highly recommended for those seeking a lowcost stay! It is not recommended to accommodate families.

The room was decent, as was the service. However, the wifi is slow, and the room had a ceiling fan rather than air conditioning, at least the one i stayed in on the third floor. But the location is excellent, being less than 10 minutes walk from the union metro station and 5 minutes from alghurair mall. If you lower your expectations, this hotel will serve as if it were heyday of the late 1990 s and early 2000 th century. Its not great, but its not terrible either.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was among the lowest priced hotels available at the time, offering aed 250 per night. Room 401 doesnt have the sounds of the club, which is good, but you will also hear the elevators go up and down noisily. I requested that the receptionist fix it before something crumbles. Mr. Habib, the front desk agent, is incredibly helpful, always smiling, and accommodating. He allowed me to check in earlier than anticipated, helping with my flight.

The room was neat and clean, with excellent air conditioning. The service was warm, i needed hot water, and the waiter took the time to bring it to my room, plus the breakfast was also delivered to the room which was commendable. Satisfied and continued to live.

Its quiet and cozy. Just what youd expect from a twostar hotel, but the receptionists barely answer the phone. I like that they keep things simple with the guest and respect privacy. There is no drama for the visitor.

The location is ideal, union metro station is only a 2minute walk away, and the receptionists are friendly. The room is tidy and pleasant, but there are no slippers in the washroom, despite the fact that the restroom is also spotless, we need slipper there. Although the foam is not particularly soft, the bedsheets were immaculate. You must bring your own water if you plan to visit because there was no drinking water in our room.

Harga dan kinerjanya bagus, pelayanannya biasa saja, paman di resepsionis cukup baik! Hotel ini tidak bisa dikatakan bagus! Anda dapat mempertimbangkan untuk menghemat uang. Lokasinya cukup nyaman. Stasiun kereta bawah tanah Uni hanya satu.
