We had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and made us feel valued throughout our visit. The service exceeded our expectations, and everything was well organized. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. As a small suggestion, it would be great to continue maintaining this high level of service and, if possible, reduce wait times during busy periods. Overall, we are very satisfied and look forward to visiting again.

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and the view of the Burj Khalifa was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The location is perfect—close to Dubai Mall and many attractions, yet the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. Every detail of my stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

We have stayed at Shangri-La Dubai multiple times, and it continues to exceed our expectations with every visit. It has truly become our home away from home, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Dubai. The staff are simply exceptional. Every team member is warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. They went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday incredibly special, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration unforgettable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The hotel itself is immaculate, with every area maintained to the highest standard. Our room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night. It’s this consistent level of outstanding service, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Returning to Shangri-La Dubai feels like coming home, and we look forward to creating many more wonderful memories here in the years to come. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
