1. Residential Community
Guests and their visitors must respect that all Holiday Homes are located in residential, family-oriented communities (not business or commercial).
Guest and visitor behavior should reflect a family environment.
Respect residential amenities, property security, and neighbors.
Refrain from any uncivilized or inappropriate behavior.
Illegal or commercial activities are prohibited inside the property and premises at all times.
2. Guests & Visitors
All Guests and Visitors must be registered with the Operator at least 24 hours in advance, with valid IDs provided to the Operator and community security/reception. Failure to do so may result in delayed or rejected access.
Both Guests and Visitors must comply with House Rules and Community Regulations as set out by security services.
Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational areas.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors comply with House Rules.
The maximum number of visitors allowed is one adult and one child under 14 years per bedroom, with a total of no more than six visitors (unless approved by the building or community management and Licensee in special circumstances).
The maximum number of visitors allowed per unit is:
Two adults and two children under 14 per master bedroom or studio.
Two adults and one child under 14 per additional bedroom.
One person per domestic worker or guard.
Visitors may only access the property between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Visitors are not allowed in the Holiday Home between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Visitors' access to community facilities (e.g., pool, gym, spa) may be restricted according to community rules.
3. Additional Responsibilities
Guests acknowledge that all properties are located in residential buildings/communities, so no concierge services are available.
Use community facilities (spa, swimming pool, gym) only in designated areas and at your own risk.
Inspect the property upon check-in to ensure that all fittings and furnishings are complete and functional. Report any issues (missing, damaged, or unsafe items) to the Operator within the first 24 hours.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of their children in all areas of the property, including the pool, gym, beach, spa, balcony, terrace, backyard, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. The Operator bears no liability for forgotten or lost items.
4. Gatherings or Functions
Parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
5. Use of Community Facilities
The swimming pool/spa can only be used during hours set by the community management or Operator.
No glassware is permitted in the pool.
Guests and visitors must take all reasonable safety measures, particularly regarding risks to children in the swimming pool and spa.
6. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs or delays in access for housekeeping may result in an automatic charge of the full-night cost.
Early check-in/checkout is subject to availability and must be approved by the Operator. Unapproved early check-ins will incur an extra charge of the full-night cost.
The property is rented "AS IS." Upon check-in, guests must inspect the property and report any damages within 24 hours. Guests are responsible for the cost of any unreported damages.
Guests should close and lock all windows and doors when absent to maintain security and prevent potential damage.
If absent for more than seven consecutive days, guests must notify the Operator, who will conduct inspections to prevent potential issues (e.g., water leakage).
7. Smoking
Smoking of cigarettes STRICTLY PROHIBITED indoors/inside the property.
Smoking of shisha/hookah is NOT allowed indoors or outdoors for security reasons.
8. No Pet Policy
Only specific units accept pets. Pet fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.
If a pet is authorized, a Pet Addendum must be submitted, and the pet fee must be paid in full prior to stay.
9. Alterations
Guests may not make alterations to the unit without prior written approval from the property owner.
10. Waste Disposal
Guests must dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins and areas as per building or community guidelines.
Guests should not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
Guests must comply with the community's garbage collection days and waste disposal regulations.
11. Parking
Guests and visitors must comply with parking regulations set out by the Operator and show consideration for neighbors and other vehicles.
Parking must only occur in designated spaces and within the maximum number of vehicles allowed as per Operator instructions.
