My family and i had a wonderful time at the Taj jlt. As always, the hospitality at this hotel was exceptional. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wide variety of options. In addition to being comfortable, these rooms are also practical. Although we found the bathroom design to be attempting stifling, overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Its tatami! Why wont you be happy every time you visit this lovely location? We visited paros and the view was breathtaking, the food was delicious and drinks were just wow! Will keep coming. The staff was very polite.

The hotel and facilities are excellent. The staff and services provided were the best parts. During breakfast, a variety of dishes were served without making any concessions. Although the location isnt ideal, it is conveniently close to the metro station and jbr beach.

Visiting the tahoe jlt was an incredible experience. The rooftop restaurant offers a breathtaking view, making it an ideal place to spend the evenings. It had incredibly pleasant ambiance.

I have stayed at the Taj jlt more than ten times now. The reason is because of the excellent service. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. Not to mention, the rooms are extremely spacious and clean 10/10. Special thanks to staff member trupti from inroom dining who is very professional and attentive, she always made sure that everything was perfect and had a very nice positive attitude. I highly recommend this hotel to stay, they will take care of you without question.

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. There is a free mall shuttle. In the room, there is an additional bottle of water. Elefant bat offers excellent service and is very pleasant. However, we could hear some loud music at night from the 12th floor.

This is our second time staying at the Taj jlt in a year. Our first was in march 2023, and the second was exactly ten years later. What brought us back? Excellent service from the bell boys to the front desk, restaurant, room service, housekeeping. We were with stout family of 15 on our last trip, which included 5 children of various ages and this time with 4yearold, but i cant express enough how well we were taken care of. Monica at reception is fantastic with professionalism and guidance, jahansi, Ved, Jagadeesh at hamiana are the best. During our four nights there, we never thought about visiting another hotel while in Dubai. The location is very convenient to all city attractions, no more than he drive at least 20 minutes to get to some of the farthest places in the city. Paros and nonya, their rooftop restaurant welcomed children on request and made an effort to provide us with quieter tables and offer kids portions. Overall, if you want to stay at this hotel, this is incredibly beautiful and has utmost hospitality. I heartily endorse it and will return. Last but not least, the staff is always what brings life to

I called to make a few requests before we arrived. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure that all of those requests were met. It was incredibly nice that they upgraded us as well. Drishti guided us to our rooms and memorized our names and room numbers for the entire stay. Ujjwal in the executive lounge also paid close attention to what we wanted and took excellent care of us. We were always surprised to see how meticulous the service was in this executive area, as there were usually only one or two staff members taking care each visitor. Even though it isnt considered reputable, i will most definitely be returning to the tatami jlt. Although it may not be considered an excellent location, the experience was well worth the additional travel.

The room is spacious and has all the facilities you need in a fivestar hotel. The front desk staff could have used some improvement because they had to be asked several times to answer questions. Breakfast was good and had surprisingly fewer menu options. There are some drawbacks to this particular Taj hotel, such as the poor design of the hotel and the cramped breakfast area. Additionally, the outdoor seating space was very limited. Also, there is hardly any rooftop swimming pool in this area, which is quite small. It is not close to anything by walk. In addition, it isnt close enough to the metro (15 minutes walk away).

Excellent experience staying at the tahoe jumeriah lake towers. Everything was perfect, from the room to the amenities, service, food and staff. Very polite and cooperative staff who understand your problem and try to offer a solution. Ill name ten people i will call - dhiraj, harman, fifiza, Trupti, Firdaus, Samuel, and mesak, housecleaning staff, all of whom are amazing.

This is the ideal place to stay. The club lounge food was excellent. It was the best prantha ive ever had in Dubai. Mr. Ujjwal from the club lodge was very professional and helpful.

The Taj jumeirah lake towers hotel is in a great location, with friendly, smiling, and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and in an excellent location near the Dubai marina. Breakfast buffet has tastiest and always fresh selections. It wasnt our last time here.

4,8/511 Agt 2023

The hotel is good but the music during events is too loud. The room that was offered to us was 605. It was without any view or rather view of a construction site. So, while sleeping there was also snoring. Breakfast was good, but we saw many senior staff bullying the new join and it was heartbreaking to see. Travel desk team is commendable. Lots of attractions were explained to me with patience and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you for your amazing travel desk and breakfast.

4,8/516 Jun 2023

Excellent hospitality from day one, which made us feel special and extremely at ease. We had a great time at taj, and the hotel staff is wonderful. The checkin process went quite smoothly, while the facilities demonstration was informative. Suraj, ashu khosla, doctorishtee, monika do an amazing job.

4,8/55 Mei 2023

The service was exceptional across the board. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We owe a special mention to the valet service, Bouri and Mohamed were very helpful, pleasant, and professional.

4,8/51 Mei 2023

The rooms are lovely and spacious. Suraj at checkin went above and beyond. The club lounge breakfast, afternoon tea, evening canapes and cocktails were delicious. Joy in the lounge is the most wonderful person. Akash in reception and Butler service were very helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers hotel recently, and i must say that the manager, mr. Ashutosh, truly made my stay exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, as well as genuine concern for the comfort of the guests, were evident throughout my entire stay. I was a little disappointed with the checkin process, but he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was unforgettable, which made me forget my disappointment. He reflects his dedication to excellence, so ill never thank him enough for making my time at this Taj jumeriah lakes towers accommodation memorable. My highest praise goes to his outstanding service and leadership.

The food is delicious and very close to home. The staff are friendly and will make sure you have a great visit. Taj lives up to its expectations of being an extremely hospitable and wellmaintained hotel chain. Business hotel, the tatami jlt. Its not exuding luxury, but the rooms are spacious, clean and maintained well.
