Thank you for your interest, We are here to help and make your stay as fantastic as possible. Before we proceed, please make sure to read and comply with these rules:

- According to legal requirement all guest must be registered upon check-in with their passport or any valid ID.

- Check-in time is 2pm & Check-out time is 11am. Early check in and Late check-out fees are AED100 each and are subject to availability.

- Please note: Our exterior peephole also serves as a security camera which helps us ensure a secure environment. Your comfort and security are our top priority and we thank you for your understanding.

- Maximum Occupancy is 2 Adults and 1 Child. AED50/day will be charged for additional maximum 1 Adult Guest.

- The rate price booked is for apartment rental, includes weekly cleaning service and is provided one-time amenities on your arrival. Added/Optional service such as replacement of beddings/towels, cleaning service or/and added amenities like extra towels, extra pillows etc. is not included, but can be arranged with a small additional fee, but please try to book ahead of time.

- The apartment does not have a safe box, please keep all your valuable items with you during housekeeping, if requested. The Host and the Housekeeping team cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to any personal belongings.

- In the unfortunate event you lost a key/access card, A fee of AED250 will be charged for replacement.

- Strictly non smoking. AED500 charge for any smoking inside the apartment.

- Any form of open fires, e.g. candles, shisha, cigars e.t.c are forbidden in the property. AED500 charge for any bad fire safety practice.

- Parties and overnight guests not allowed - AED1000 penalty will be charged if we receive a call from security complaining about noise.

- Any damages to the inventory will be settled by the Guest prior to departure.

- If you are tested positive with Covid-19 during your stay with us you should notify us immediately.
