We had a great time at the Towers Romans, everything was perfect! The hotel itself is lovely and immaculately clean, and each of the staff members we encountered was friendly and helpful. Ive read other people already say this, and I have to add to it. The restaurant service was wonderful, thanks to everyone, but particularly hash! Getting around was simple, being close to the metro stop, and taxis by the hundred! The shuttle bus to the beach was a benefit for a lazy break, but there was so much sightseeing to be done, the beach was irrelevant. Beautiful hotel, incredible city, and nice people. I was looking for a family stay close to Dubai Mall and Dubai World Trade Center. Towers Romans was about 100 meters away from the Red Line Metro Station and Financial Center. We stayed on the first floor in a standard room with a window seat and a beautiful city view. But what I would like to highlight is the exceptional room service, the room was always clean and neat. Thanks to the entire staff who were very helpful from the beginning when I made my booking.

They can hear loud sounds from the road, so this room was noisy. It's not possible to sleep without wearing headphones. However, the service was very nice. I have a nice pool area, even though it is noisy from the road. Pool entrance could be better because there is no indoor access, just need to park in the parking lot.

The room was spacious and exceeded our expectations. Also very good was the in room dining experience. The staff was friendly too and gave me a late check out. Very likely to stay again here.

I came here in 2008 and we had a very good experience. The room we stayed in was outdated, but overall we had a good experience. The kindness and genuine desire to make us feel welcomed is the nicest thing we've ever experienced in all Roman hotels over the last 14 years. Very recommended.
