In the guest lobby, there isnt even a single room for prayer.

The location on the goggle map is different from the location itself because it is called raj mahal, making it difficult to book careem in the area. When we arrived at the apartel, there was an awful smell. This is based on my experience. The reception staff is accommodating. Cigarette smokes are smelled in their elevator. It was fine when we entered the room it was large, has a couch, tv, kitchen with microwave, kettle, and fridge. There is laundry in this kitchen area as well. Good bed, but the bathroom inside the bedroom smells awful, smell like urine that hasnt been cleaned, the bathtub is broken and dirt is coming out of it, etc. And the worst part is that i was bitten by roaches while sitting on our sofa. We were staying here for the first night and we just returned from olympic tour so basically, we were exhausted and sat on top of the couch. I have rashes on both my back and left shoulder, which was the most awful! 7. The good thing is they send someone right away when you ask for something like towels, tissues, or other services. Overall, my stay was okay, 4 outof 10.

This place is suitable for families and single travelers. The location is good and the atmosphere is calm. But the hotel room is basic.

This place is an excellent place to live. The apartment was roomy and had two bathrooms. However, the female counter personnel need to show greater concern for their customers.

The location is behind bur juman mall. For those new to Dubai, this is an area with residents mainly from india, as well as the hotel guests, so i think this would be the best for indian travelers. Rooms are decent but of low quality and urgently need renovation. Cleanliness is as good as it can get because they have great housekeeping staff, but even if they do an amazing job the building is too old so there are insects, leaks, mold which makes you feel uncomfortable. Facilities are poorly maintained, the pool area looks sad with some very dirty sun loungers and although the swimming pool is closed on a Tuesday for cleaning, ive never noticed any change and the water was far from clean. The hotel has onsite dodgy spa, apparently for men only. Only staff who are friendly and doing an incredible job are housekeepers. As many people have pointed out earlier, reception is rude. Wifi is good unless you sleep lightly, rooms facing the noisy road will keep you awake.

We had a great time during our stay here. Very affordable for bhk apartment. We stayed here for over thirties. The staff is very helpful. And having gujju thali restaurant ( Raj Mahal) is incredibly advantageous. There is only one criticism old furniture needs to be replaced.

Hi, from about the last five months, i spent the final five nights in room 303 with jackey jain. I am extremely pleased with the hotel management staff, including ritu ji, pryanka jujim, mohamad, and jasfer. Additionally, the housekeeping staff provided excellent service, particularly to mr. Sujith, as the cleaning was excellent and had always assisted us on one call. Mr. Hussain deserves a 5star rating for this exceptional service. Even the personnel, especially gm. Hassan, napanjan, ravin, antar, Jenal singh etc., were all helpful and dependable. A safe and enjoyable stay. Many thanks.

I spent a night here. The hotel was tidy and cozy, and the staff was friendly. A little antiquated, but not terrible at all. I would still suggest this location.
