The location is unbeatable: you can get almost anywhere in England by train, bus or tube. The staff is friendly and helpful and the units are spacious. Across the street is Eataly for great Italian food and there are pubs and restaurants in the station and nearby. The only drawback is the street noise from the pubs and drunks is very strong and goes on past 1 or 2 am, so interior suites are desirable.

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 スタッフが親切で、部屋が最高！ 私が予約したのは、ペントハウスでした。ベッドルームが２つ、バスタブ付きのバスルームが１つと少し小さめのシャワーのみのバスルームが１つ、合計２つのバスルームがあり、3人で泊まったので便利でした。さらに、広々したリビングルームにはキッチンが付いていて料理もできました。設備は、洗濯機 ドライヤー2つ大型冷蔵庫 電子レンジ オーブン IH４口コンロ エスプレッソマシーン 電気式ポット があり、フライパン 鍋 ザル 包丁数種 まな板 キッチンバサミ フライ返し ワインオープナー 栓抜き なども揃っており、簡単な料理はできます。調味料類は一切ありません。 立地は最高！ヒースロー空港からエリザベスライン1本乗り換えなしで行け、最寄り駅リバプールストリートから、駅を出てから徒歩１分！ただし、リバプールストリート駅構内が広いので、エリザベスラインを降りてからは少々歩きます。 ホテルの数軒隣に、スーパーTESCOがあり食材の買い出しが便利でした。また、飲食店も豊富にありもちろんパブもあります。 エレベーターが故障中で、5階の部屋までの上り下りがしんどかったですが、それを除けばパーフェクトなホテルでした！

Lovely apartment in a great location with a tube station nearly opposite the building. We were able to leave our bags with reception before we checked in, and the apartment was very large and had a brilliantly equipped kitchen. Was a tiny bit noisy in the early hours of the morning, but the only downside really was a service charge added at the end which we were not prior informed about. Overall we would definitely stay again.
