Super clean and tidy when I arrived, the landlord is super nice too! Would highly recommend staying here, and I would stay here again.

Ons appartement had alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van of een paar dagen of langer. Magnetron, oven, fornuis, koelkast, waterkoker, lekker bed, TV en WIFI. In de buurt kun je uit eten (hebben wij niet gedaan maar wij hebben de locaties gezien) zijn er sowieso 2 avondwinkels en bushaltes om richting het centrum ea te reizen.

日本語の説明にはなかったのですが、こちらはいくつかの１軒家をそのときに応じて借りる形なので、所在地に行ってもなにもありません。とてもあせりました。現地についてから、オフィスに電話して車で迎えに来てもらい、その日にあいている１軒家につれて行かれます。英語の苦手な方や、夜に到着する方にはお勧めできません。部屋は広く、キッチンは充実しています。バスタブはありません。ロンドンの住宅街を味わうにはいいと思います。

Suite à un souci technique avec notre navette aéroport Stansted - Londres, nous sommes arrivés en retard au studio. Nous les avons prévenu par téléphone. Nous avons dû payer un supplément pour le retard. Par contre, le studio était confortable et pratique d'accès. Le batiment est sécurisé avec un digicode au portail à l'entrée.

We are a couple. We arrived late in the evening, but they come to bring us to the studio flat. New refurbished and nice, but quite dirty and a big doubt on cleanliness of bed sheets. We paid immediately and at the end of the stay we only had to leave the room as we found it, with the keys on the table. They were kind and everything was very simple, anyway electricity comes out during the night without possibility to reactivate it so: fridge, radiator, computer and smartphone were completely useless for all following day. I suggest you this place, but don't have great expectations.

This was one of the worst stays of my year so far. That the address is wrong is infuriating then what made it more dangerous that they then send some to pick me to take me to an unknown location! Then the room wasn't ready either for check-in, the whole accommodation is filthy, rusty and mold ridden! At one the hot water was turned off for reason!

The place was a shambles, filthy and generally an uncomfortable place to be. Given a late fee that I was never informed of for booking in late and having a broken shower door, but that didn't matter as there was no hot water so you wanted to get out of the cubicle as fast as possible anyway. I will never in my life stay as a "studio apartment" again in my life if I can help it.

le menage n'avait pas été fait, draps pas changés, pas de serviettes de toilettes etc. Le lendemain on nous a promis de faire le necessaire mais rien. Ils ont fini par changer les dranps mais pas de ménage pendant le reste de séjour.Nous avons vécu dans la crasse des anciens auccupants et cela malgre nos discussions

Room had most of necessary facilities but was very basic and unclean. Missing basic items like a light globe, sink plug, dish washing liquid and rubbish bins. Talked to a staff member about this when he was showing prospective tenants, but nothing was done before we left. Bathroom was tiny, old and fittings rusted. Room being repainted after so that says it all. General attitude of indifference. Not highly recommended for any length of stay.
