Clean comfortable room, 10 mins walk from waverley station, 5 min walk from Edinburgh Playhouse. Tall cooling fan, iron and board in wardrobe. Kettle, tea and coffee in room. Aaron

Beautiful hotel, with lots of lovely touches only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Staff couldn't do anything more to make our stay amazing. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely stay again

This is a cute property with excellent staff. The price is very reasonable for being in the downtown area of the city. For being on a busy road right by the bus station, it wa surprisingly quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining options and within walking distance to Edinburgh castle. 10/10 I would gladly stay there again.

Great place to stay. Very clean and super convenient to both Waverly and the main bus station. Loads of shopping and food just steps away. They even let us drop our bags early and had them in the room when it was time to check in.

A comfortable and clean hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location, about a 5 minutes walk away from Princes Street, and around a 15 minutes walk to the Royal Mile.

Wonderful location - only a minute walk from a tram stop that goes directly to the airport. It's also only two roads away from the train station and where all the tour buses go from. Room was decorated beautifully. Big comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided too. Views of the city out of the window too. Would absolutely stay here again and for longer next time!
