No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Parties and Events: Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates up to 4 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after yourself. Wash dishes and return them to their original places. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins. Follow local recycling guidelines. Parking: There is free parking available for one car. Please provide us with your registration before your stay so we can get a permit for you. Damages and Breakages: Report any damage or breakages immediately. Significant damage may result in an additional charge. Safety: Please turn off all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling when not in use. Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Please note that a failure to turn the heating off when leaving the property will result ina. £100 fine. Respect for Property: Treat the house and its contents with care.
