Friendly staff,amazing room but sadly i couldn’t stay the 2 nights I booked,got called home to Plymouth due to a emergency But I will be back again around Christmas,love my city

The only issue I had was 72 steps up and down to get in or out, please fix elevator. Apart from that, absolutely perfect

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location right in Liverpool city centre. Everything was easily accessible and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Great, friendly staff! Street noise was loud throughout the night, but, reasonable for what street this is on. Not great to be here during the heat wave and no ac, but, for the price and location, can’t beat it!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall the main room was a good size but given that it was meant to sleep 3 people the bathroom was tiny (too small to be honest). The staff in the property opposite were pleasant and helpful. Location was ideal. Would stay here again.

Everything was very good except check-in. The hotel is very clean and very central. I was informed that I would receive a link the day before arrival, but I did not. On the check-in date I tried to contact the property, bu received no ansewer for over 3 hours. The listed phone number was wrong. I came to the hotel and stood outside having no idea what to do. After a while, a representative of the property came ut to me and checked me in.

Unfortunately no air conditioning and the windows didn’t open, fortunately we moved to another room but was still very hot. Not what you expect when they charge £200!!

Excellent staff, nothing was too much for them. They were always available if anything was needed and they were very friendly. However, concerning the room, there were lots of hair in shower & bathroom upon check in. Also on the bed sheets. Floor needs to be cleaned in both bathroom & bedroom, regularly. Cleaning standards in general were not very good. Fridge & oven had food deposits. Cobwebs in windows. Also, whoever painted the walls, (it was freshly painted) painted almost everything i.e. headboard, floor, presses, etc. Not a professional job. Lots of noise from banging doors at night, they def need soft close hinges. It's such a pity because it's very central, ideal for anyone visiting Liverpool but unfortunately l wouldn't book again.

Really poor experience with this room. The hallways into the building were scruffy and there were mattresses left out on the hall. Outside and inside our room you could smell a strong smell of weed. The room was dingy as it was in the basement and the bed didn’t smell very clean. As the room was under street level if you opened the blinds you could see everyone on the street and you could hear everyone’s conversations on the street including drug users talking into the early hours of the morning outside the room. How you could charge money for this experience is baffling. It was that bad we considered leaving in the middle of the night. I would never use this property again and I wouldn’t trust a Hotels.com reccomendation again
