This is a great hotel if you have an early flight or late arrival. The hotel is actually located inside terminal 3, which is an advantage. Up from arrivals. Although the rooms are small, they are cozy. A tiny bathroom with tv and coffeemaking facilities. There are food outlets because the hotel was located near the airport. At the hotels reception, there is also id like to point out that the internal rooms have opulent green safety lights that are always on. I advise you to bring an eye mask with you unless you are used to sleeping in gloomy rooms.

The checkin process was smooth, and the hotel is conveniently located near terminals 2 and 3. Hardik was incredibly kind and accommodating to my requests, offering helpful assistance. The rooms arent too small either, making them a great choice!.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. None of the airport staff were helpful in directing me in the right direction to find the hotel located inside terminal 3. The aerotel staff directed me over the phone to be able to easily find them. If you are looking for a nice place to rest without leaving the plane this is your place. The bed was quite comfortable. Very hot water for the shower. They provide water bottles, some inroom coffee that can be made and there is also body wash and shampoo in each shower

The location is important to consider. For this pricey hotel, please dont anticipate much more. The rooms are modest and basic. At night, there are green lights that stay on (although they bothered my companion). The front desk staff was friendly, the location was excellent, and the ambient lighting behind the headboard was cool. Additionally, having usb outlets was a nice upgrade - more hotels should have these. However, paperthin walls and floors, every suitcase that rolled down the hall and i could hear squeezing all night in the next room, as well as the lack of food options in town (we recommend eating at the grocer near reception or the cafe in t 2, or before you arrive, for example), the green light, plus the pillows were really firm. A deluxe room does not have windows.

The location was convenient and the room was clean. My room is small 8 x 9 inches less a jog for the door. No windows made it feel like solitary. There is no restaurant which is ok after taintful day of travel. I guess you pay for location here.

Perfect for a layover. This was exactly what i needed for my 12hour layup at lhr. The hotel entrance was located inside terminal 3, with good signage directing me there. Checkin was simple because they had my room ready, which was incredibly helpful when jetlag. As others have mentioned, the rooms are very small and the walls are thin. I slept with earplugs app on my phone. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, and it was clean and functional.

A fantastic, straightforward hotel that is ideal for both pre and posttravel. Rooms are booked by the hour. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate, with no windows. Comfortable bed, small yet functional bathroom with shower gel and body lotion. There is a library on floor 2 where you can get tea or coffee, watch tv or do some work. Also, the hotel is right next to arrivals & 3 and within walking distance to departures. A great hotel for our needs.

If you have an early flight out of heathrow, such as we did on April 23, this is a fantastic option. The room was small but perfectly adequate, and checkin was simple. Most importantly, even though it is in incredibly busy condition, there is no sound entering the room. Although it was sweltering shower, it wasnt causing utmost chaos, so it didnt matter because we were only there for one night. There was no window in the accommodation, which was the only real surprise! It was still obnoxious, but im sure thats why it felt so peaceful. Id most definitely stay here again if necessary.

The hotel is small but great for sleeping at heathrow. There is a green light in the room, but without it as id say the rooms are too dark. As others have said, there are no windows, so its fine for just sleeping. The facilities are clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly. When traveling, ive slept with air plugs and earplugs to avoid hearing anything, and sleep well. And if ill have nauseous sleep, then he will stay here again unless u have another flight from terminal 3 the next morning.

This hotel is highly recommended for a stay and would like to thank everyone for their professionalism and kindness. Excellent place to stay with absolutely 5 star customer service. I made snare on our reservation date, which the manager set up for us when we arrived to accommodate reschedule, only to discover after we also had to spend an additional night because our flights were incorrect. Jackie was extremely helpful and arranged everything for me to help us get out of the situation i had put us in, the staff really went above and beyond, this really helped to relieve the stress! The rooms themselves are very modern, clean, quiet, and very wellappointed.

Checkin was quick and very efficient, with very nice staff. The room was very small i had a few large bags and there was no place to put them. There is no chair. So all you can do is sit on the bed. Bathroom again small but very smart with tv, towels and gel. All was clean with extremely comfortable bed and linen. Thats it, serves its purpose but does come at utmost cost. If you have an early flight, ill recommend you do recheck where your checkin desk is as the hotel is in the category of arrivals.
