Large room central to our destination. Good facilities if you want to cook for yourself. The only problem was someone opposite our room set the fire alarms off and the hotel had to be evacuated until the fire brigade checked it to be safe. Car parking near by also.

Nice and clean accommodations and helpful staff. Lots of dining options within a walkable distance as well as access to grocers for food items. Great location in Glasgow at the bottom of Buchanan Street. Easy access to subway and train stations.

We stayed in several hotels in our travel to the UK. This was my favorite hotel because I loved my room. I heard NO noise from the elevators (even though I was very close), or any other people. I enjoyed having a little kitchenette. While I didn't cook, I did store things in the refrigerator. I give the hotel 5 stars because of everything BUT the bed. The pillows were good, but the bed... Yeah it's 2 twins pushed together and you KNOW it when you feel the lump in the middle. It was my only complaint. Word of warning: The area is centrally located and convenient to the subway and the train station. However, with that convenience comes a sometimes unsavory element. I suggest you carry minimum valuables and be diligent about your surroundings.
