Had an absolutely amazing stay at Arden house. Everything was just lovely extremely hospitable hosts who couldn’t do enough for us, amazing breakfast, lovely room and lovely comfortable bed. Loved that we could come home at night relaxing in the living room and the Honesty bar was. Brilliant. Thank you so much. Had an amazing 50th birthday stay with you and I’m sure we will definitely be Back xx

The Arden is a delightful place to stay in Harrogate. It is quiet, spotless, the hosts Jan and Mark are lovely and so helpful. And the breakfast experience is much better than any 4 or 5 star hotel I have stayed at!!

Room was just what you needed it to be, warm clean plenty of tea and coffee available! Breakfast in the morning was beautiful each day! Mark and Jan were wonderful and welcoming would absolutely recommend

Well located for town centre and places of interest within walking distance. Also lots of information on display. Hosts very friendly and accommodating and even after I had left the B&B the owner allowed me to leave my case and return with a key to collect it later. A wide and tasty choice for breakfast accompanied by lots of coffee. A very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect stay. Mark and Jan are fantastic hosts and made our stay like home from home. Comfortable clean rooms with great showers, plenty of tea,coffee and milk in the room and brilliant breakfast. Highly recommend

This property situated very close to Harrogate town Centre and the proprietors jan and Mark are the most friendly helpful people you could wish for. the breakfast was stunning. The choices were lovely. A couple of times I had the smoked salmon scrambled egg and mushrooms which set me up for the day. The room is super clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was a wonderful place to stay.

Very cozy for a solo traveller. I like it when BnB's cater for them in that the room was no bigger than it needed to be and bathroom had shower/bath. The breakfasts were excellent. Fresh fruit buffet with a big selection of berries, cereals and some ham and cheese. As well as this they offer fresh cooked full English and other things you would get at a restaurant. Finally the home made jams were great. I'd be taking some back if I wasn't flying with just hand luggage. Communal lounge area was available with a help yourself honesty bar.

Mark and Jan were fabulous hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Location was perfect. Lovely breakfast with homemade jams which we had to take some home with us. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Harrogate. Liam & Alice
