What a wonderful weekend my buddy and I had! We spent two nights in room 303, the spa hotel. The twin room was lovely! Dog-friendly, with a water bowl and treats, a brochure still showing where dogs are allowed throughout the resort, a beautiful view of the array hills from our window, and a lovely view of the array hills. The mattresses were really comfy, and the bathroom was perfect, with good shower pressure and instant hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, never complaining or complaining, everyone saying hello as they passed and working so hard to make sure our stay was ideal. The food at the cruise and Brazil restaurants was delicious, a little expensive but understandable given the current climate. The cocktails were delicious! Breakfast was my absolute favorite, with plenty available, everything tasted fantastic! Once more, the waiters and bartenders were extremely kind and helpful. The facilities were fantastic, we used the facilities at both hotels, I liked different aspects of both and the plunge bucket after a visit to the steam room or sauna was quite refreshing! We both had treatments at the spa and made a great use of the relaxation room afterwards. My little facial was extremely wonderful and highly recommended! My buddy enjoyed a hand and foot massage and he loved it as well! The sorbet following was a tasty treat. Having our luggage transported to and from the hotel was also very helpful as

We stayed at the Spa Resort Hotel. It was very nice place and the staff were very friendly and true. A bit expensive but over the New Year. Great location and very dog friendly place. I will definitely return.

During the festive season, we stayed at the Auchrannie House hotel, and it was great. Amy and Jasmine in the reception area were friendly and welcoming when they came. The room was extremely comfortable and cozy, with nice, fresh linen. The gym and resort pool are both spotless, and the employees are always willing to assist. The resort itself is situated with views of the glen and the goat fall, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a beverage or a cup of coffee. We had a fantastic evening in Brambles. Much of the menu is freshly picked from local suppliers and is fresh and reasonably priced. Dan, the woman and gentleman, served us, and he couldn't have been more courteous or knowledgeable. We enjoyed a drink after dinner in the bar where richie made us cocktails that weren't even on the menu! High level of service in a contemporary and trendy eatery and bar. I had a wonderful time and would most certainly go back and recommend it to friends and family. thank you..

The food and drink that they served were excellent. The spa facilities here were also stunning. The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees were very great.

The location is very strategic, with good amenities including the pool. Yet, the shower is just on the push button, and only lasts 10 seconds. Who can take a shower in 10 seconds? I understand why they do it, but go on, at least make it 30 seconds. The temperature is unreliable and is too hot. The place is quite noisy with truck deliveries early in the morning and sometimes late at night. Other than that, it was a good stay.
