Please note for early arrivals rooms may not be ready for occupancy before 13:00.Please note that groups and couples under 21 years are not permitted.Different policies apply for bookings of more than 2 rooms per reservation.Payment Information: Credit or debit card details are only taken as a guarantee. However, property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card. Settlement of the bill can be made by cash or by an alternative card to the guarantee card. Where check-out is likely to occur during breakfast time, payment will be requested on arrival or the night before check-out.Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 200 fee for cleaning.Kindly note that each room is individually designed therefore your allocated room may vary to the images that appear on the website.Note. After check-out we inspect all rooms for missing / damage items and we reserve the right to charge for any items removed, missing or left damaged from the individual guests room.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
