Beautiful hotel, I’ll definitely stay here again. Staff were incredibly kind. My friend stayed in a separate room and she had breakfast booked, they kindly called up to remind her so she could go down.

Everything about this property was exceptional! The location was central to seeing sites west, east & southeast of us. Our room was very nice and the view spectacular! The on-site restaurant was quite good & obviously convenient. The best is always saved for last ~ the staff! In no particular order, we would like to thank Nicole, Leslie, Zoe, Lola, Erin & a SPECIAL shout out to Beth! This wee little lass carried one of our 50 lb suitcases up the stairs to our room, ran to greet us as we would come & go, anticipated our every need before even requested ~ dinner at 8:00 ~ yes, already secured! Truly if we left anyone out, we apologize because the entire staff of ladies could not have been more friendly & engaging!

When I arrived the lady behind reception was very efficient in checking me in, and giving directions to room . The Morning Receptionist was also very helpful as was the Dining Room lady . Best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time. Beautiful. All together a most enjoyable stay all round . Thank you , Banff Springs

This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found that the choice of food was plentiful and a good variety of dishes. The food itself was well presented and tasty with good portion sizes. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. The only really minor faults I could find were that of no lift and as a disabled person who finds it difficult to walk I struggled with the three flights of stairs. The only other fault was that in the face of hygiene the TV remote was very dirty with a build up of grime around the buttons and failing batteries. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are intending to work or holiday in this beautiful East coast part of Scotland.

Parfait! Super vue, super personnel et super petit déjeuner ! Nous avons réservé la veille pour le lendemain suite à une très mauvaise expérience dans l'hôtel initial et aucun regret ! Le coin est très sympa avec beaucoup de chose à faire / voir Je recommande
