Such a good hotel with a great location. Stagg are always welcoming and freindly. The breakfast is always great. I didn't have dinner this time but have previously and thay was also really good.

We enjoyed a brief stay at Pentahotel Ipswich. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff to be approachable and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable with access to tv and free wi-fi. There was a lovely and inviting bar area with facilities for playing darts, pool, shuffle-board and an old play station - a family friendly vibe. We had a fantastic breakfast with a good choose of food with allergies appropriately catered for. We were impressed with the hotel's efforts in eco-friendliness.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Short walk into town of around 15/20 minutes and a further 5 minutes to the harbour. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Bar are was really nice and staff were friendly. Whilst parking was limited, we did manage to get a space but did notice that there was parking available nearby. Only recommendation would be that for the price a continental breakfast should be included but this didn’t detract from our stay. In fact we had a lovely breakfast at Bonbon in the town. All in all would stay again and would recommend.

Aaron was amazing! He was so helpful. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Would definitely stay here again! I would like to repeat that Aaron was amazing and a credit to the hotel!

A little gem. The hotel was clean and modern. Nice bar and seating area. Rooms were super clean, modern and the bed comfortable with a crisp spotless white duvet. The staff were super-helpful and it was just a 5 min walk from the train station.

The hotel is well placed for public transport, a bit of a walk to town centre, around 15 mins. Set beside riverside so rooms on that aspect are nice and quiet. After asking for a quiet room I was given one that was exactly that. The bar is pleasant, good quality food well priced. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choices of cooked and cold selection. The staff are brilliant, helpful and accommodating, couldn’t ask for better than they were with me last night. As a solo traveller for work, the attitude of staff really helps! The local area doesn’t feel great but I think that’s probably time of year, dark evenings and mornings. I’m sure when days are longer and lighter it feels nicer! Will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Easy parking, although there is a small charge. Guy on reception was really nice, cheerful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Good bathroom with rain shower. Heaven! Hospitality tray in room, good size tv, wi-fi. Breakfast was very good. Cereals, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit salad, fruit juices, tea, coffee etc, selection of pastries etc. and then a selection of cooked items. Sets you up for the day. Our second stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you.
