We had a great stay. Despite the historic heatwave our room AC kept us comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent. The only downside was we had chosen the smallest room and it is very small for two people. Next time would pay more for larger room.

From the moment we arrived, The Blackbird Hotel & Pub exceeded every expectation. It genuinely rivaled the breakfasts we've enjoyed at five-star luxury hotels, with exceptional quality, freshness, and presentation. It was the perfect way to start each day. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience exceptional. Their hospitality was effortless and sincere, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. If you're looking for a boutique hotel in London that delivers luxury, comfort, incredible food, and world-class service, The Blackbird Hotel & Pub is an absolute gem. The only thing better than the location was the staff. They were very helpful from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. I was amazed at how quiet it was at night - thought it would be loud staying above a pub on a busy street. We slept with the windows open and heard nothing. The room was furnished well with great amenities including a mini-fridge and a Nespresso machine. The included breakfast was top notch - full continental plus a full menu. Would come back again just for the food. Highly recommend the pub and rooms.

Great place to stay. Nice area to walk in. Convenient to Chelsea, South Kensington, museums by foot or public transportation. Close to Tube. Rooms quiet even though over a popular pub. Good breakfast, pub food good.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, good a/c. 3 min walk from Earls Court underground. Although the hotel/pub is on a very busy road, I had no issues with noise. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Given events going on in London at the time of stay. Price of out stay was so good value (at least to us). Staff super friendly, let me check in early for no extra cost, discounted food for staying, rooms were surprisingly large and very clean. Came with all the extra but done properly (Nespresso machine is a winner). When I next return the London this is the first place I'll look at. Many thanks for great mini break.

Blackbird was such a great hotel! Check in super easy, my room was absolutely adorable, with a super comfy bed, breakfast was delicious, all staff were amazing, and I was across from the Tube...best hotel by far, will definitely return!

The place was very enjoyable. The area around the bar, Hotel was very safe and had a lot of small restaurants to eat at. The staff and the food were excellent. A short cab ride to Piccadilly Circle for all kinds of awesome shopping. We had a double room. Keep in mind rooms in England are not that large. The bathroom was excellent. I highly recommend this boutique hotel experience!

Despite both of our windows overlooking the Main Street we were not disturbed at night. The room was clean, bed comfy. The mini fridge had a couple of bottles of water on arrival which was great. Fresh milk also available, lovely coffee machine in room. Great shower. Excellent breakfast, good options and freshly prepared. The staff were cheerful, helpful and very efficient. Definitely will return

Beautiful rooms in a lovely pub. The breakfast was delicious with many options. It’s only a short walk to the tube. I’ll definitely stay there again on my next visit to London.

La habitación estaba pequeña pero tenia todo lo necesario. Te daban agua embotellada, algo que en otro hoteles de Londres no dan. El personal fue muy amable la verdad. Me gusto que nos dieron un descuento en la primera comida que tuvimos y una bebida alcohólica gratis a mi esposa y a mi.
