3. **Quiet Hours:** Please respect our quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

4. **Pets:** Only one pet is allowed.

5. **No Extra Guests:** Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. If you plan to have visitors during your stay, please inform us in advance.

6. **Respect for Property:** Please treat our home and belongings with care and respect. Any damage to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. **Cleanliness:** Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Clean up after yourself in common areas, and leave the space in the same condition as you found it upon check-In.

8. **Kitchen Use:** You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but please clean up after yourself and wash any dishes or utensils you use. Please refrain from consuming food or drinks in the bedrooms.

9. **Bathroom Etiquette:** Be mindful of other guests when using the bathroom facilities. Please keep them clean and tidy for everyone's comfort.

10. **Safety and Security:** For your safety and security, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside of your group.

11. **Check-Out Procedures:** Check-out time is by 11am. Please ensure that you have gathered all your belongings and returned keys before departing.

13. **Heating and Lights** Please turn off the heating and lights when you leave the room.
