Room was small but well appointed--high ceilings. Air conditioning was great. Nice bathroom. Clean space. Staff was a surprise--did not think there would be onsite staff. Location was good. Did not have the breakfast. So many choices nearby with fresh food and better prices. The only thing we missed in the room was a place to lay open a suitcase. The shelf/hanging unit was too small and tucked in the corner. Coffee maker and tea kettle were nice but electrical cord did not reach to the outlet without moving the desk a bit. Would have been nice to have a small recycling bin in the room, though there was one in the lobby. Electronic access worked fine. Check in process was extensive (with ID, etc.) but we managed it. Someone without a cell phone would have been out of luck. Overall a good option.

Vi hadde 3 flotte overnattinger hos dere. Super beliggenhet med korte avstander til metro og til løping I Hyde park. Rent og pent rom med god AC. Madrassene kunne vært litt mykere i sengene, men ellers fornøyd med alt. Super koselige ansatte :) Vi vil definitiv komme tilbake :)

We had a wonderful stay. We just returned home yesterday. The room was a perfect size for two of us. We had the basic room. The hotel is close to so many buses and tube stations. Thank goodness the hotel has air conditioning. It was so hot. Hyde Park is just a few steps away. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location for the price & the air conditioning. Rooms are small & sound proofing isn’t great but neither were a problem for me.

Such a great hotel, we didn’t use the luggage storage but this was such a good point! Also managed to get water before bed in the main lobby. Reception were really lovely and helpful. Shower/room was fab. Also air con was great in the room as weather very hot when we visited.

I stayed at the Bob Hyde Park for 2 nights solo at the end of a Euro trip and I LOVED it. The room was clean and new and had everything you could need while travelling. The check in process was incredibly smooth, and I appreciated the ability to drop off luggage early even without a front desk - though there was someone there to greet me. The amenities were great, the location was perfect (close to many transit options), I was actually sad not to be able to stay for more nights! I’d absolutely recommend and would go back in the future!
