From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too much. Loved it ...going again next year

Browns at the Quay is an excellent hotel - this was our second visit and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Service is excellent and the food is excellent too. The staff work so hard. Lovely hotel.

We enjoyed our recent overnight stay at Boutique at Browns. Staff were polite and welcoming. The hotels setting was lovely on the banks of the River Severn yet and easy walk to the city centre and main sights. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and freshly cooked to order. We had a nice evening meal in the restaurant.

We love this hotel. Night away for our wedding anniversary and we received a surprise upgrade to one of the suites which was fab. Great staff, lovely rooms, will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous hotel with impeccable and friendly service. Our two bed apartment was huge, luxurious, with a lovely view overlooking the river. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, we had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch there and a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately we only stayed one night.

This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit.
