Excellent hotel, comfortable, clean, and well decorated room. Had all the amenities, aircon, and luggage storage. Nice little back garden area and a coffee machine at the reception, both of which were great to have. Excellent value for money. The staff were polite and helpful. Tube stop about 7 mins away, supermarket and lots of pubs/restaurants nearby. There is no lift, which was not an issue for us, but might be for some as the stair are somewhat steep.

Stayed two nights - hotel was cute and clean ! Decor was very nice ! Back yard space was a nice sitting area - hard to believe it was London . Staff was friendly and really helpful - I will be staying again in the future .

The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. The complimentary coffee options were great and we loved the terrace seating area in the lobby. The rooms were so beautiful and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again and again!

Such a great hotel! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, quiet and felt luxurious for a small hotel. We loved everything about it. Also a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and a Tube Station making it easy to get around the city.

The front entrance to this beautiful property was pristine and it was the same throughout. The staff were friendly, competent and very helpful. The added bonus to this hotel was the fabulous outdoor terrace and lower seating area- a rarity in a London hotel. Whilst there is no food service, there is complimentary tea and coffee in the small lounge area aswell as the usual kettle and instant hot drinks in the room. Another bonus was the fridge in the room - again a rarity in most London hotels. Air conditioning was tricky to get started but was most effective- we could have called for assistance but we managed it without. Fabulous location too - just a few minutes walk from Earls Court Station and the District Line. The one small drawback is we were on 3rd floor and there is no lift. Overall, the facilities and standard offered by the hotel are far higher than some of much better rating. I will certainly stay there again

We had an overnight stay. The location was great lots of places to eat and very close to the tube station. The hotel was in a quiet street. Very flexible. We left our luggage about 1pm and then checked in at 12.30am. The rooms were spotless. The aircon was very handy to have and free WiFi. Coffee and tea facilities and complimentary tea, coffee and water in the lobby. Small fridge and safe in room as well. Very comfy beds with two pillows each. Nice terrace are or small area outside if you smoke. Staff very friendly. Reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again.

This hotel was in a great location, super close to the tube which made it easy to get around. My 3 friends and I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, it was definitely a little tight with all our luggage but we made it work and had a great time. If you bring luggage, get ready to bring it up the stairs because there is no elevator. Staff was super nice and helpful. They will store your luggage if needed.

Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the Earl Court's station. Nearby are supermarkets, various restaurants, pubs, and small shops. The neighborhood felt completely safe to walk around even late at night. The hotel room was spacious and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom, although the shower pod is quite small. Comfortable bed. What I particularly appreciated was that the room came with plenty of outlets for USB-A and USB-C, and it even had one universal outlet so I didn't have to buy/have a power converter to charge my US appliances. That was a nice touch. The lobby offers cold water, carbonated water, and a variety of coffee options from the coffee machine. There is a lovely little backyard you can sit in and soak in dappled light. You can also sit in at a small seating area in front of the hotel. One thing to note: there is no elevator in this hotel, so if you have large or heavy suitcases, it might be a little inconvenient. Overall, this was a very nice stay and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.
