Segala sesuatu tentang hotel ini sangat luar biasa. Itu bersih, bergaya, luas dan memiliki layanan hebat saat kami makan malam. Makanannya enak dan bernilai tinggi, dan layanannya penuh perhatian dan efisien. Kamar itu sendiri dilengkapi dengan baik dan nyaman.

I recommend it for shortterm stays for backpackers like us who are on a budget. Great value! Not suitable for expensive longterm trips like birthdays and other occasions where everything should be perfect. The staff seems prone to snap and be rude when something goes wrong. And it probably will happen after two days. Beautiful large lobby, i get behind the 4 stars there. Antique hardwood furniture and chandeliers, we loved it. It was refreshing to see so many hotels saving money on furniture and not even trying to decorate while calling it a minimalist. The only thing was that the room was clean, the room was spacious, and the bathtub was clean. The room was quiet, the walls were thick, and there was no need to wake up at night. It could have been handled much more elegantly. Ive worked in customer service before, and thats not how you should do. But they were all very nice, even when i made a special request to extend my stay and keep my room, which caused system problems. They were understanding and friendly as i explained everything calmly. I am very grateful for that! But i believe that every other review has bad customer service. I think it can be very hit or miss here, the staff seems to be prone to snapping at people when they are stressed. Even if the customer is rude, you must deescalate the situation by not yelling at them at all. To everyone visiting this hotel, please be friendly and get all potential problems resolved quickly.

The building is beautiful, and the art and decor are amazing. I didnt like that i couldnt open the windows in my room, but i guess because of the floor level and health and safety they had to take precautions. The ventilation system in the room is good. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast options are varied. A typical british breakfast. 5 stars for the food, but 1 star for the coffee. I would come back only if they promised to make better coffee. The pizzeria was great and all the staff were very nice. Overall, its a great place with great staff, great food, bad coffee, and great rooms with views. I would recommend it 4.8 out of 5 stars.

The staff was friendly. The rooms are decent and have everything you need for a short stay, the bar downstairs is well equipped and their restaurant serves great pizza. Would stay again.

The hotel was outstanding in every way. We had supper at the hotel and it was tidy, stylish, and spacious. The service was prompt and effective, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room itself was cozy and wellequipped.

I understand why it doesnt receive positive reviews, but i dont think it should be weighed solely on that basis. Rooms can be old, some parts broken or squeaky, but i can say its also antique. It was interesting to me. I liked this antique feature more than common modernity. I believe that the reputation depends on the favor of each guest. This hotel has a nice concierge who kept my large luggage safely all day before check in. A staff member with a beard was also very nice. There is a conservatory bar owned by a nice and kind professional. Make sure to have a glass of beer or some liquors from him and enjoy a relaxing time in the traditional lobby. It is only my personal opinion, but for some tourists it will be a unique experience at a reasonable price.

Nice hotel. Large rooms at a reasonable price for london. Hotel rooms are getting a little antiquated, but they all seemed clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is good for the price, and kids will like it if you can sit right on the dock with the water next to you.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit london! The staff was excellent and accommodating. I asked the receptionist if he could graciously move us to a room with a river view. Fortunately, he had one available and didnt think twice about arranging it for us right away. Despite some minor signs of aging in some areas of the building, it is lovely and well worth the money.

Tempat ini sudah cukup tua dan saya yakin akan kembali menginap di sini. Meskipun kamar dapat diperbarui, pelayanannya cukup baik. Saya telah tinggal sebelumnya. Masa pandemi sudah cukup lama dan saya yakin akan tinggal di sini lagi karena lokasinya yang cukup dekat dengan Canary Wharf, sekitar 6- 7 menit berjalan kaki.

Probably not to everyones taste, but i enjoyed it. Remember that this is an old building. When we arrived, the staff were pleasant considering the customer before me was rude, but the staff remained professional. We were upgraded to the executive suite, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the docks. My personal experience, i would definitely stay again because the building and interior had character. However, the carpet is outdated and could use refurbishment. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The main drawback for me was parking. It is extremely tight and small, especially for the price. I drive a large car and at one point i didnt think i could get out. I made a 10 point turn. We had to park 15 minutes walk from a 24hour parking lot, which is again tight for large cars. Overall, the stay was great and fit for purpose.

Lokasi yang bagus hanya 25 menit dari Tube ke pusat kota London. Hanya menggunakan hotel sebagai basis, makan di luar setiap malam, staf yang sopan, tidak menggunakan WiFi karena biayanya PS 7 per hari. Kamarnya cukup besar dan meskipun.

Honest review. After reading reviews, i have to say i wasnt expecting much! I believe that you get what you pay for. I travelled with my disabled friend in a wheelchair and the entire hotel was accessible. Our room was very large and immaculate i cant fault the cleanliness of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good pretty much what you would expect from a buffet breakfast. It was a cheap 2 night break for us and it was fine as a base. I would stay again.

Kesan pertama bagus, meskipun dirusak oleh area yang sangat rusak. Halaman depan hotel sangat buruk dan perlu diperbaiki. Sayangnya tidak ada petugas yang menyambut kami dan awalnya kami merasa tersesat di lobi. Barang-barang kami kemudian diambil dan kami dapat melihat kota sebelum check-in pada waktu makan siang. Pertama-tama, hal yang paling tidak mungkin untuk tahun 2023. Di sini Anda membayar WiFi per perangkat per hari, tidak ada jalan keluar sama sekali. PS 7 sehari. Awalnya saya tidak berpikir apa-apa. Di lantai tujuh kami memiliki penerimaan yang sangat buruk, hampir tidak cukup untuk melakukan sesuatu dengan smartphone. Penelitian harian tidak mungkin dilakukan. Kamar mandinya memiliki bak mandi dengan tirai shower, saya berharap kenyamanan lebih untuk kisaran harga. Hotel ini kekurangan investasi dan renovasi sudah terlambat setidaknya 10 tahun. AC rusak dan bahkan setelah 2 kali menginformasikan ke lobi kami tidak terbantu dan masalah terpecahkan. Di sisi positifnya, lokasinya sangat strategis dan Anda dapat mencapai LCY dan pusat kota dengan cepat. Suasana di restoran pizza di rumah enak dan lezat. Pelayanannya juga tidak dapat disalahkan.

The staff is very helpful and efficient but the food is delicious and the price is amazing for a buffet for delicious food especially with some delicious red wine. Great views too. Had a perfect stay thank you.
