Bedroom was lovely and exceptionally clean,only thing was that mattress was very uncomfortable and thin quilt for winter,although room was extremely warm throughout night Dinner was absolutely lovely with a great carvery meal.that you can go for more ,but I had plenty Staff extremely helpful and nothing was a bother Hotel 5 mins from town centre and ferry terminus Weather was beautiful,you must take a walk around castle grounds and the creed,wonderful

When I say I love this Inn, this is my second year visiting. The hot breakfast is great, customer service warm and friendly without being over done. I just love how they have created such a warm feeling environment to stay in. Its in easy walking distance to all shopping, site seeing, and ferry pick up. Yeah, this is my spot and i'm a budget travel gurl. Oh, oh there is a large grocery store next door that I discovered on this second trip.

Hotel was a convenient pick-up location for the tour I was taking and also for exploring the port and nearby streets. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the restaurant was noisy, even for dinner.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it hasn't really changed. I thought it was brilliant then and no reason to change my mind. Very, friendly and welcoming staff, everywhere was immaculate, my single ensuite room was amazing. Plenty of free car parking as well. Buffet breakfast choice was second to none and cooked food plentiful, hot and fresh. For other meals the menu choice was good and also included a Carvery, every night from 1700. Really good food. I will be staying again when I visit Stornoway next year!

Quick overnight stay while in Stornaway on business We arrived late so didn’t sample dinner however we ate at the sister hotel restaurant HS1 which was good Quick friendly checkin and good standard of room and bathroom Breakfast good choice Hotel receipt emailed same day. Big chains take note 😀
