Check in and check out were no problems. Followed the instructions that were sent to email on the day of registration. Location - the center is 10 minutes walk away, paid parking is 3 minutes away 20 pounds per day, free on Sunday. Communication - I used email, the answer was immediate. Of the minuses, do not forget to make a deposit (it is clear why).

A good condition handsome old house in a prime spot on Mill Road, Cambridge’s “second city Centre”

My room was really cute and modern. Shower had hot water. Kitchen for everyone was a big plus ! Distance to city centre was fine and easy walk. Check-in was little bit difficult to open the box with long nails but it was okay.

Very nice experience. Two (minor) negative points: cockroaches and what appeared as total disorganisation on hotel management level.

Very conveniently situated just off Parker's Piece. There's no parking but the multi-storey is opposite - although very expensive. If you're just staying Saturday night there's off road parking nearby which is free on Sundays. You have to let them know what time you're arriving and someone will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and show you to your room. My room was probably one of the best as it was at the back of the house so very quite. There's a very fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor that you're encourage to make use of. The only thing I would mark down is the musty smell in the bathroom must that's not unusual if you only have an extractor fan.

Easy walk from train station and onto the old area along with the river.

The hotel was a bit tricky to find, you have to be organised and check-in in advance and I had to chase up the check-in details on the day because they weren't sent to me. Communication was otherwise good. I was right at the top of the building so it was very hot, but the room was comfortable if a little worn, with peeling wallpaper and a squeaky bed. This all sounds negative, but it was perfectly serviceable, clean, and with good in-room facilities. There was also a shared kitchen which was very handy, and it was reasonably priced for a very expensive city! It was also perfectly placed to explore, so I would recommend it.

Booked this place with some trepidation due to the negative reviews but was the cheapest and most conveniently located. Check-in process was a bit fiddly but the online live chat staff was responsive and helpful, even sent a follow up text message to check if everything went smoothly. Room was as described and clean, everything worked (although bathroom sink was a bit blocked and TV signal was poor, but nothing major). Cleaning staff always pleasant and polite. Kitchen is quite well-equipped. Enjoyed meeting and socialising with other travellers in the kitchen/living room area. Overall pleasantly surprised and would recommend for a short budget stay.

The apartment is really clean and comfortable. Checkin was however a bit difficult. There are a few steps you need to take online before you reach the apartment. Better to do these a day before you arrive.

The room was very comfortable and cosy. I stayed here for two nights and I enjoyed myself. After working hard for two days was just what I needed. Will definitely book again.

Very comfortable and cosy room, clean and quiet. Due to no staff on site a fair bit of paperwork before - passport details, deposit sent - which I am not used to and was a bit of a pain if honest.

The property was very clean and the rooms comfortable. There is no front desk making it a bit tacky for guests to gain access upon arrival and any information. The payment requirement information on the Expedia site was different from that of the property managers which exposed me to requests for payment from unconfirmed sources.
