This place is very relaxing. I feel safe and secure, that's very important when traveling alone. The staff was very friendly and a must-visit. The room was quite old and needs to be repaired, but it was clean. The shower was a decent size, a little temperamental but great. Breakfast was good. I had the Continental one and was very happy to see my favourite organic yogurt!.

I will not come back here again. We stayed here for one night. Check-in was easy and the desk staff was friendly. Registration for the vehicle was immediately made, and reception asked if we had done so. I'm not sure how people get fines because there is signage all over the place! The room was okay and clean. Not keen on the neon green decoration, which makes the room seem cheap. The bathroom was nice, but the shower is designed so that the water runs into the rest of the bathroom, so I had to keep turning it on and off to let the water drain. There are only two towels, no hand towels. There is also no hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was great. It was included in our price, otherwise it's 9 for the buffet. May who helped with breakfast was so sweet and helpful.

We chose Hotel Campanile as we needed a place to stay with our dog for the night. We were given a nice ground floor room with enough space for the dog to sleep. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and lovely. The breakfast buffet had a lot more than we expected, with croissants, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses and meats with an excellent cooked selection.
