Could not find a TV remote control but that was ok as we were tired and went to sleep. Next morning I looked under the bed for remote control and did not find it there but saw lots of fluff and filth and even discarded letter from a previous occupant. Told reception about the dirt under the bed and they said they would sort it.

Had a lovely stay! The reception staff were very friendly, the room was so comfortable and it must be said that they have great showers. Even during a pandemic, it was really enjoyable and the proper precautions have been put into place to allow people to have a safe stay.

Overall a good experience. Does what it says on the tin. If you need a lift this isn’t the one for you. It’s right on the cusp of the city centre, rooms aren’t en-suite but toilet/shower rooms are clean. Bedrooms cosy with warm, comfy beds, a telly and free Wi-Fi. Cooked or continental breakfast included in the price, although dining room/kitchen aren’t exactly the fastest nor are they particularly forthcoming which is a shame as check in/out is quick and easy with desk staff who are warm, welcoming and friendly. I’d go back again and would recommend to others.

Lugar muy recomendable, está en el centro cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. El recepcionista fue muy majo. La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Por el dinero qie se paga creo que es muy recomendable. La única pega que le pondría es que el check out es a las 11 pero el desayuno se sirve solo hasta las 9, así que si quieres disfrutar del desayuno tienes que levantarte antes

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte, ist das Problemlos möglich. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind auch schnell erreichbar. Sauberes Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr, sehr empfehlenswertes Frühstück ;-) Gerne wieder. Wir haben im Erdgeschoss gewohnt, deshalb keine Beurteilung über höher gelegenen Zimmer und deren Erreichbarkeit.

I'm really happy with my experience of staying here! We stayed in shared toilets and never had a problem. I just can't wait to stay here for 40 euros a night. We're staying in a room with very clean bathrooms and toilets. We were very happy for a very reasonable price. But Couid stopped serving cooked breakfast, even though I have cereal, toast and coffee, it's okay for a continental continental. After that, the cleanliness of the shower room and the toilet was also excellent.

We stayed with my daughter for the night. Even though the room was small, it was clean and provided all the required amenities. Clean towels and bed linen. Nice service from the staff. Would definitely come back because the price is amazing.

Noticed small amounts of black mold on skirting boards in the bathroom. Also, small black mold on the grouting wall tile section right next to the shower.
