Very cute room...had everything one or 2 people need...small but very very clean and renovated..elevators!!...great places to eat and train station just 1 block away..super easy to get around...great café around the corner with good breakfast and also a pharmacy on the corner

On arrival and room allocation, we entered our room to find that the maid wasn’t finished. The staff were extremely apologetic and upgraded us to an apartment. 100% recommendation given.

Esse hotel é muito bom, a localização é perfeitaaaa, zero defeitos. O quarto é pequeno mas a cama é ótima e o banheiro é grande. As recepcionistas mulheres tanto da manhã quanto da noite são maravilhosas, esqueci o nome delas, mas agradeço imensamente

Staff were helpful and provided great service, room was clean and comfortable, area around the property was satisfactory as it was easy to get to and convenient but the street was not particularly interesting. Only complaint was the shower because the squeaky glass door somewhat made for an inconvenient barrier for trying to get into the shower. Overall, excellent place, would stay there again!

Had two single rooms for a one nights stay. The rooms and beds were much bigger than I thought they would be from looking at the photos on the website. Perfectly adequate for a one night stop over, great location and easy to find food and taxi when needed. Excellent value for money in the middle of London, what more can you ask!

After reading some of the reviews we were a little anxious. But we would really have problems faulting our room and the location is amazing. We booked a triple room and got the one in the photo, first floor corner room, big spacious and clean, no issues at all. Some of the common area's need or are being decorated. As previous reviews say, carpet needs replacing in corridors. Only real gripe is that they take a £200 deposit to stay (which was refunded on departure) and will not let you check-in without photo ID..... I've stayed in 100's of hotels and not had to do this!!!!!
