Great location, great staff and checked all of the boxes of what you need (AC in the summer).

CitizenM Victoria Station cannot be beat for value, location, cuteness, and great service. The rooms were clean and cool. The staff were friendly—like they actually wanted to be there! The food and drinks were great! Breakfast is served every morning. My only regret is that it was a bit of a walk to a hop on/hop off bus, but that isn’t their fault. They are in front of a bus interchange and the tube, so getting around is easy. We will be back. Every time.

We stayed at the CitizenM London Victoria Station for one night before meeting our cruise. The hotel is an eclectic mix of colour and comfort. The rooms are small but extremely efficient and the tech is very cool. I especially liked the mood lighting in the shower. It is in a great location and offers everything that you could possibly need. The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and will stay there for sure. Bonus, it has air conditioning which was very much appreciated at 38 C.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the lobby area were great! The location was unbeatable. While the room was small, it suited our needs well. We liked the tablet control for room lighting, morning alarm and other functions. We stayed at a citizenM over 11 years ago and their quality has being maintained over all those years. It is a testament to good and proactive management of this hotel chain. We would stay at a citizenM on our next London trip for sure.

Quiet room, clean with many amenities. Having the room controlled by a tablet took some getting used to.

The staff here are the best I've encountered in London. The room is compact and so smart, with a ton of storage and the best blackout blinds on the market. I love being able to set the lamp colours; just a fun cool place where they know the meaning of customer service.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein aber das sind vermutlich die meisten Hotelzimmer in London. Position sehr gut. Bus, Zug, Metro, Fahrradverleih ist alles gleich in der Nähe.

My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I found staff to be very friendly and helpful. The lobby offered a lot of space to work from and it was a nice setting. Free and delicious pastries for breakfast was a plus. The best part is that the location was ideal and so walkable to places of interest. Would definitely stay here again.
