El persona siempre con una muy buena actitud de servicio, Consejo de visita, recomendación para movernos en metro, taxi, camión. Resguardaron nuestras maletas sin problema antes de la entrada para poder visitar con tiempo y despuede nuestra salida. Muy buen desayuno ya incluido en el servicio. Muy buena atención por parte de todo el pesonal. El hotel está muy centrico, cerca de muchos punto de interes, el área es segura.

The staff were very welcoming and organised. Close to Southwark tube with easy routes to Wembley Stadium and Waterloo East for our journey home it was the perfect spot for a one night no nonsense stay. Very happy.

Stayed here before. Most definitely not a place for a romantic date . If you need somewhere to crash at a decent price this is the place. Tube stations near by if you don't mind a decent walk . Neighbours up late shouting enjoying a red hot Saturday. Looked like single parents. The staff are helpful and my room was always clean on return . Tea , milk etc not filled up though . Had to go to reception 2 nights on the trot.. Suit ex military, builders and students .

I have never received such a warm welcome to a hotel ever. Staff were so helpful, ensuring refreshments were ready upon arrival and departure. Quiet hotel, comfortable beds with great amenities in the rooms. Water and fruit in the room was such a lovely surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at the City London Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, caring, and genuinely eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality created a lovely atmosphere throughout my visit. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I particularly appreciated all the complimentary extras provided, including fresh fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee, and bottled water. These little touches made a real difference and showed the care and attention the hotel puts into its guests’ experience. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building full of character. I loved the quirky and attractive artwork throughout, and the different themes on each floor gave the property a unique charm and personality. It felt much more special than a standard hotel stay. Breakfast was excellent—very tasty, plentiful, and with a good selection to choose from. Considering the quality of the accommodation, service, and amenities, I felt the hotel offered great value for money. Overall, this is a welcoming, characterful hotel with wonderful staff, lovely rooms, and plenty of thoughtful touches. I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A nice place with friendly staff, and not expensive, breakfast was included. A bonus. A 20 min walk from London bridge station so not to far from most attractions.

This is a cute little boutique hotel where the staff is so very helpful & kind. The quad room was perfect for our party of 4. I would definitely recommend!

El staff fue muy amable, el hotel está a unas cuadras de una parada del transporte público. El cuarto era para una persona y solo tenia la cama, televisión, no estoy segura si tenia frigobar. No probé el desayuno incluido. Si me quedaría otra vez.

Überaus freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Man darf sich stets frisches Wasser und Obst nehmen. Absolut toll! Das Früstück war trotz „interkontinental“ für mich eher britisch.

Nous sommes restés deux nuits dans l’hôtel. L’accueil a été excellent ! Le personnel attentif à nos besoins et toujours avec le sourire ! La chambre très propre et bien entretenue par un personnel discret et très efficace ! Le petit déjeuner excellent et variés. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.
